This study examines the relationship between social media in influencing the performance and innovation of SMEs. This study uses a quantitative approach that examines entrepreneurs in the city of Cirebon. This study used the SPSS data analysis tool with a minimum sample of 30 MSMEs, but in practice from the questionnaires distributed as many as 50 questionnaires were received and only 40 questionnaires could be used in this study. The results of this study found that social media has an effect on MSME performance and social media has an effect on MSME innovation. This research focuses on the role of social media in influencing sales. The city of Cirebon, with its large number of MSMEs, makes the results of this research more useful for the wider community.
