The multitude of studies, researches and analyses did not exhaust the subject. Addressed as a function, as a phenomenon, as a process, as a result, as an art, as a science, communication is inexhaustible in terms of the forms of manifestation, the result and the impact. The responsible communication for any organizational problem has become a custom and a tradition. rue, communication is crucial to the existence and success of the business. The results of the study carried out reveal the importance of communication on the increase of managerial performance, identifying the type of communication, organizational structure and relationship that can create the mix of ensuring the managerial performance.

Effective communication in organization is important to regulate the role of organization, coordination, controlling and evaluation from leader to staff and staff to leader, and miscommunication in information can lead to wrong-decision making and ineffective. This research intends to determine: (1) the effect of work communication on employee performance, and (2) the effect of work motivation on employee performance. The population in this research are all employees of PT. Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa, totaling 65 employees. The sample utilized in this research is the entire population of 65 employees, thus it is called a population research. Instrument testing was carried out at PT. Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa. The validity test used correlation product moment, while the reliability test used Spearman Brown which processed by using SPSS 18.0 for Windows. In this study aims to determine the effect of leadership, communication and work disicpline in simultan and partial to employee performannce UMKM Bumbu Machmudah, and to determined the effect of the most significant among leadhership, communication and work disicpline on employee performannce UMKM Bumbu Machmudah Sidoarjo. The result of this study took a sample of 150 employees with technique jenuh sampling and non probability sampling in UMKM Bumbu Machmudah Sidoarjo.
