On Fixed-Point Theorems in Intuitionistic Fuzzy Metric Space

International Journal of Open Problems in Computer Science and Mathematics, 2012

In this paper, first we have established two sets of sufficient conditions for a mapping to have unique fixed point in a intuitionistic fuzzy metric space and then we have redefined the contraction mapping in a intuitionistic fuzzy metric space and thereafter we proved the Banach Fixed Point theorem.

A Fixed Point Theorem in Modified Intuitionistic Fuzzy Metric Spaces

2013

Fuzzy Mathematics has seen an enormous growth since the introduction of notion of fuzzy sets by Zadeh in 1965. Kramosil and Michalek introduced the notion of fuzzy metric spaces which was later modified by George and Veeramani and others. The notion of intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces was introduced by Park in 2004. Many authors have studied fixed point and common fixed theorems for mappings on fuzzy metric spaces and intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces. In this paper we prove a common fixed point theorem for a sequence of mappings in an intuitionistic fuzzy metric space.

Coupled Fixed Point Theorem in Intuitionistic Fuzzy Metric Space using E. A. Property

International Journal of Computer Applications, 2013

The present study introduce the notion of weak compatibility and E. A. property for mixed g-monotone mappings in setting of intuitionistic fuzzy metric space and utilize these perceptions to prove a coupled fixed point theorem for such nonlinear contractive mappings. More to the point together with several recent developments, the efforts of this work can be used to explore a large category of problems. An example is also established for the support of our result.

Contractive Mappings and Common fixed Point Theorems in Intuitionistic Fuzzy Metric Spaces

2012

This paper deals with some issues of common fixed point theory involving two different types of intuitionistic fuzzy contractive mappings. Intuitionistic fuzzy Jungck's common fixed point theorem (see, [1]) with respect to contraction defined in [8] and intuitionistic fuzzy Pant's common fixed point theorem (see, [2]) for ψ-φ weakly commuting mappings are proved.

Some Coupled Fixed Point Results on Modified Intuitionistic Fuzzy Metric Spaces and Application to Integral Type Contraction

2017

In this paper, we introduce fruitful concepts of common limit range and joint common limit range for coupled mappings on modified intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces. An illustrations are also given to justify the notion of common limit range and joint common limit range property for coupled maps. The purpose of this paper is to prove fixed point results for coupled mappings on modified intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces. Moreover, we extend the notion of common limit range property and E.A property for coupled maps on modified intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces. As an application, we extend our main result to integral type contraction condition and also for finite number of mappings on modified intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces.

Modified intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces and some fixed point theorems

Chaos Solitons & Fractals, 2008

Since the intuitionistic fuzzy metric space has extra conditions (see [Gregori V, Romaguera S, Veereamani P. A note on intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces. Chaos, Solitons & Fractals 2006;28:902-5]). In this paper, we consider modified intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces and prove some fixed point theorems in these spaces. All the results presented in this paper are new.
