Abstract. Criminal acts of violence against individual football supporters in Indonesia, which have become increasingly prevalent lately which have caused a loss of life. every year it continues to increase in quantity throughout Indonesia, this is due to the influence of cultural, economic and weak law enforcement factors that trigger violence committed together. For this reason, research is carried out by identifying problems as follows: How is criminal responsibility for criminal acts of beating carried out by unscrupulous football supporters which causes a person's life loss to be associated with positive law and how to overcome violence or beatings carried out by a mass of soccer supporters.
