This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Company Size, and Capital Structure on Stock Prices in Consumer Goods Industrial Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The type of research used is descriptive research and verification research. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the IDX official website (www.idx.co.id). Methods of data collection using the form of documentation. The data analysis used is quantitative analysis. The analysis technique is multiple linear regression. The results of the joint study of profitability, firm size, and capital structure variables have a significant positive effect on stock prices in consumer goods industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Profitability and firm size have a significant positive effect on stock prices, while the capital structure significantly negatively impacts stock prices.

Study this aim for analyze and explain influence capital structure and profitability to score company on company industry pharmacy on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Population study this is company pharmacy listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period observation year 2019-2021. Methodology study this use purposive sampling method with total 8 companies. Analysis on research this conducted with use analysis multiple linear regression and assumption test classic on the SPSS program. by Partial results analysis panel data regression shows that influential capital structure positive significant to score company. Influence profitability by Partial show that results analysis influential panel data regression positive significant to score company. DER and ROA variables individually simultaneous show that take effect positive significant to score company. Enhancement price good stock take effect to decision investment. The more many investors invest, then will raise score company. Good profitability for company that is show ability company produce profit clean. High profitability will influence price stock later will attract investors to buy stock.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the significant effect of capital structure and profitability simultaneously or partially on stock prices in food and beverage companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange and to determine and analyze the dominant variables of capital structure and profitability on stock prices. This research is a research design with a quantitative approach. The research data used is secondary data in the form of financial ratio data, while the data source is obtained through the site http://www.idx.co.id. The population in this study were all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method so that the number of samples that could be taken was 14 companies. The data collection technique is through documentation, while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression models. Based on the analysis results indicate that the independent variables, namely capital structure and profitability have a significant effect on stock prices in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The partial test results show that the equity structure has a significant negative effect on stock prices in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Profitability has a significant positive effect on stock prices in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Profitability is a variable that has a dominant effect on stock prices in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
Analysis of Capital Structure in Various Industry Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

The finances of a company are determined by the capital structure. There are variables that effect the capital structure of a company, for example, such as asset structure, liquidity (quick ratio), and profitability (GPM). This study aims to determine the effect that occurs between asset structure with capital structure, liquidity with capital structure, and profitability with capital structure. The data collection technique used a purposive sample, and there were 9 samples of companies from 39 populations of various industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2018. The analysis model uses multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the F test, it shows that the value of Fcount>Ftable is 9.508>2.83, so that simultaneously the asset structure, liquidity, profitability have an effect on the capital structure of companies in various industry companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Whereas in the t test, asset structure, liquidity, profitability do not partially effect the capital structure.

This research was conducted to examine the effect of profitability, company size and company growth on firm value through the capital structure of food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the 2014-2018 period. The analysis was carried out using secondary data, namely financial reports on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The technique used in sampling is purposive sampling. The number of samples obtained were 11 food and beverage companies. The analysis technique uses path analysis. The results of the analysis show that profitability has a positive (significant) effect on capital structure, firm size and firm growth has no effect on capital structure, profitability has a positive (significant) effect on firm value. Firm size and company growth have no effect on firm value, capital structure has a negative (significant) effect on firm value. This research shows that investors and traders only pay attention to the profitability of the company to assess the company, have not considered the size of the company and the growth of the company and the capital structure.

The calculation results obtained by using multiple linear regression model analysis shows that the asset structure and company size simultaneously or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the capital structure. This is supported by the F-count value of 24,957 at a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, which means that the F-count value is greater than the F-table value, which is 24.957 > 3.134. Capital Structure; The value of the company; Manufacturing companies This research aims to investigate the influence of capital structure and profitability variables on the company value within the pharmaceutical sector, focusing on firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020. The study encompasses all Manufacturing Companies in the Pharmaceutical Sector listed on the IDX during this period, with a purposive sampling method selecting 11 companies. Utilizing a descriptive verification approach with a quantitative methodology, the research involved analyzing data through validity testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using the t-test. The findings revealed that the capital structure, represented by DAR, exhibited a substantial and meaningful impact on firm value. On the other hand, the study found that profitability, as proxied by ROA, did not exert any significant influence on firm value. These outcomes shed light on the intricate dynamics within the pharmaceutical sector, emphasizing the significance of capital structure in determining firm value while indicating that profitability, as measured by ROA, may not be a sole determinant of firm value in this context. Further research could delve into exploring additional variables and their potential impact on company value within this sector.

This study examines the effect of capital structure, firm size, profitability, and dividend policy on the value of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017-2021. This study uses secondary data, and the samples are 10 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017-2021. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is the panel data regression analysis method. The results indicate that capital structure positively and significantly affects firm value, firm size positively and significantly affects firm value, profitability has no significant effect on firm value, and dividend policy positively and significantly affects the value of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2017-2021.

Capital structure is a mix of funding composition in a company, which will have an impact on the cost of capital and company value. This research was conducted to analyze the effect of asset structure, profitability, firm size, business risk and asset growth on capital structure in the mining, agriculture and Food & Beverage sectors. The sampling method used purposive sampling, obtained 14 samples of mining companies, 9 samples of agricultural companies and 11 samples of Food & Beverage during the period 2010-2014. The results of the study show that in the mining sector asset structure, profitability and business risk affect the capital structure, while the size of the company and the growth of the company do not. In the agricultural sector capital structure is influenced by asset structure, profitability, company size, business risk and company growth. In the F & B sector, asset structure, profitability and business risk affect the capital structure, while the size of the company and the growth of the company do not.
