The present research study is entitled "Coaching and Productivity of the collaborators of the research area of Grupo Es Consultores Tarapoto 2016", the same one whose main objective was to determine the relationship between Coaching and Productivity of employees in the area of Research, for it was hypothesized that the relationship between the variables is positive.
