As one of the agricultural countries, Indonesia's population is highly dependent on farming for a living. Thus, this study is written to analyze the relationship between farmers' exports, imports, and the exchange rate of farmers on the value-added of the agricultural sector in Aceh Province, Indonesia. This study uses secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Aceh Province. This study uses quarterly time series data from 2007 to 2021, as many as 60 data series. By using the multiple linear regression model with Ordinary Least Square (OLS), the results show a positive and significant relationship between the increase in the export value and the farmer's exchange rate towards the increase in the value-added of the agricultural sector in Aceh Province. Meanwhile, the imported variable does not show a significant relationship to the value-added agricultural sector in Aceh Province in this study. Taken together, the variables of exports, imports, and farmers...
Factors That Effect the Exchange Rate of Large Chili Farmers, In the City of Malang, Indonesia
2022
Nowadays, the world economy is experiencing a decline, one of which is affected by the agricultural sector. The welfare of farmers is questioned, especially in Indonesia, where there are already many paddy fields but still farmers who are not prosperous. There are several factors that affect the level of welfare of these farmers. Therefore, this study analyzes the factors that influence the farmer's exchange rate (NTP) for large chilies in Kalipare Village, Malang Regency. This research was conducted directly. This research method uses saturated sampling technique with multiple linear regression analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the factors that affect Farmer's Exchange Rate (NTP) are planted area, producer, seed price and production.

This study aims to examine agricultural sector budget policies, fertilizer subsidies and irrigation infrastructure that affect farmers' income through the variable productivity of agricultural land in the food crops sub-sector in the 8 districts of Bosowasipilu which were food buffer advocates in South Sulawesi during the 2014-2018 period. Qualitative and quantitative analysis is carried out to illustrate the relationship between land productivity and farmers' income. The Cobb-Gouglas production function is applied by multiple regression models using path analysis for policies that affect the production and productivity of the agricultural sub-sector of rice. The results show that only irrigation infrastructure policies that have a significant effect on land productivity directly, however, do not have a direct effect on farmer's income but through land productivity as an interpening variable, it has a significant effect on farmer's income.
Affecting Factors Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) of Food Crops South Kalimantan Province
IOSR Journals , 2019
This study aims to analyze the development of farmer exchange rate and what factors influence the farmer exchange rate, especially food crops in the Province of South Kalimantan. The data used is monthly time series data from 2014 to 2017 which are mixed with the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The development of the exchange rate of farmers in South Kalimantan is described using descriptive analysis, while the analysis of the factors that affect the NTP of food crops is done using multiple linear regression models . The results of the F test indicate that the estimated regression model is suitable for use. The results of the test show that the variable US dollar exchange rate, average grain price at the farmer (GKP), and wage of harvesting laborers have a significant effect on variable tied to food crop NTP. In addition, inflation, export value and economic growth have no significant effect on food crop NTP. The coefficient of determination (R 2) shows the number 0.918 which means that the proportion of the six independent variables influence amounted to 91.8 percent and the remainder by other variables.

The data used is panel data from 12 provinces in Eastern Indonesia for the period 2010-2018. There are several approaches to estimating the pane...
Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produksi, Konsumsi Dan Impor Kedelai DI Indonesia
Jurnal Kajian Ekonomi, 2014
This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of land area, the price of local soybean, seed and fertilizer to soybean production in Indonesia, (2) the effect of soybean production, soybean import, per capita income, and consumption of soy previous period to soybean consumption in Indonesia, (3) the effect of per capita income, the level of the real exchange rate and the price of imported soybean to soybean import in Indonesia. The data source is a secondary data as well as data in the form of time series from 1983 to 2012. Research use simultaneous equation model analysis in the form of Indirect Least Squares (ILS). The effect of the land area of soybean and fertilizer have significant effect on soybean production with regression coefficients 1.26 and 0.84. Local soybean prices and soybean seed does not have significant impact on soybean production. Soybean production, Soybean import and consumption of soybean previous period have significant effect on soybean consumption with regresion coefficients 0.72, 0.85 and 0.34, but per capita income there is no significant effect on soybean consumption. Per capita income and the price of imported soybean have significant effect on soybean import with regression coefficients 0.11 and 226.6. Value of the real exchange rate of the rupiah against the U.S. dollar there is no significant effect on soybean import.

Another factor phenomenon that is also suspected to have a strong influence on NTP is labor. Labor itself is the most important indicator in agricultural development, without labor the agricultural system will not work well because agriculture requires labor from upstream to downstream. The factors that affect Farmer's Exchange Rate (NTP) in Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency in this study are age, education, number of farmer family members, seed prices, pesticide costs, labor costs, land area (Ha) and income and expenses. farmer household food. This study aims to analyze the Farmer's Exchange Rate (NTP) for lowland rice, to analyze what factors affect the Farmer's Exchange Rate (NTP) for lowland rice and to determine the level of welfare of rice farmers in Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency with the Farmer's Exchange Rate. The research location is in Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency in this study, the number of samples determined will be examined as many as 40 samples according to the number that the author wants to determine. The analysis tool uses Farmer's Exchange Rate (NTP) analysis, multiple regression analysis and descriptive analysis. The results of the study were that the average exchange rate of the sample farmers in the study area was 63.19 or less than 100. Thus, it can be concluded that the welfare level of the sample farmers in Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency, is a farmer experiencing a deficit. Partially the variables of land area, farming costs, selling prices, food expenditures and non-food expenditures have a significant effect on the exchange rate of rice farming farmers. Farmers who are categorized as prosperous are 4 farmers and farmers who are not prosperous are 36 farmers. The decline in the Farmer's Exchange Rate was caused by many things.
Determinant Factors of Gaharu Farmers Income at East Oku South Sumatera Indonesia

The Impact of Domestic Policy on Farmers’ Welfare and Maize Processing Industry in Indonesia
International Journal of Economics and Financial Issues, 2019
Maize is a strategic commodity for Indonesia, besides being used as community consumption, it is also used as input for industries such as animal feed and food processing industries as well as inputs for independent farmers. Industrial maize is obtained from two sources, namely domestic and imported. This study aims to determine the impact of government policies on the welfare of farmers and maize processing industries in Indonesia. The welfare of farmers is measured by producer surplus and consumer surplus. Using the econometric approach with a simultaneous equation system model, the estimation technique used is two stages least squares, a range of data series from 1985 to 2017. The analysis shows that the corn harvest area is negatively related to farm labor wages, urea fertilizer prices, working capital interest rates and significant statistically. The level of maize productivity is positively related to the amount of use of urea and hybrid seeds, while the number of composite seed uses actually decreases maize productivity. The scenario of subsidizing urea fertilizer prices and subsidizing hybrid seed prices, can increase farmers' maize production, but does not improve the welfare of farmers, because the additional production produced by farmers is not able to be absorbed by the market and prices drop dramatically, but the policy scenario is economically efficient. While the scenario of increasing import tariffs can actually increase farmers' welfare even though the overall policy is not efficient. The role of the government is very necessary especially in maintaining price stability when overproduction, this can be implemented by procuring maize by the government when overproduction, so prices remain stable.
