The 21st century is marked by rapid changes due to digital technology, including the field of education. Teachers must innovate to create conditions that encourage students to develop critical, creative, communicative, and collaborative thinking. Teachers of SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Batu City have the potential to develop their creativity through Continuing Professional Development. The purpose of this activity is to facilitate teachers in developing their creativity to be creative in designing and implementing HOTS learning. This activity is carried out using mentoring and training methods for innovative HOTS-based learning models through Lesson Study for Learning Community for Mathematics, Indonesian, and Science teachers. The results of this activity indicate that training and mentoring of innovative HOTS-based learning through collaborative learning mentoring Lesson Study (Lesson Study for Learning Community) teachers are more creative in designing, implementing learning, and evaluating HOTS. Teachers has creatived choose the problems to develop students' ability to identify problems in learning; designing learning steps that can guide students to think critically and creatively; selecting and designing teaching materials, developing, and utilizing learning media; and developing learning assessment instruments to guide students in higher order thinking skill. In addition, teachers become more open with colleagues in designing and implementing learning, even in reflecting on learning.
