The aim of this research was to study the effect of transformational leadership on employees’ work outcomes which include their work performances and working burnout, and their working behavior such as social loafing at workplace. Also, it studies the impact of intrinsic motivation as a mediator between transformational leadership and other stated variables. A cross-sectional survey was conducted to collect data from 308 employees working in the telecommunication sector. To test the hypotheses, Model 4 of Process Hayes was used to test direct and mediating effects among transformational leadership and employees’ work outcomes and working behavior. The results showed that transformational leadership has a significant positive relationship with mediator intrinsic motivation. The role of leadership is very important in building a sustainable business and community organization. The purpose of this study is to find out the association of transformational and transactional leadership with the motivation of employees. The study uses a data consisted of the employees of all private and public banking sector of Pakistan. These banking employees have been randomly selected for ensuring the involvement of various demographic variables. The results of the study show positive and significant relationship between the independent variables transformational and transactional leadership with the dependent variable motivation.

If the employee's performance is low, organizational performance is also low. To achieve its goals, the organization should have competent or highly capable employees to carry out or carry out a job so that employee performance increases and can provide maximum service to stakeholders. A transformational leader is able to unite all subordinates and change beliefs, attitudes, and personal goals of all subordinates to achieve his/her goals, and even surpasses the goals set. Support from the leader may motivate the employee to work better, which could affect employee performance. This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance, with employee motivation as an intervening variable. The population of the study includes all 285 employees from PT. Kereta Api Indonesia. The study uses path analysis and the results show that transformational leadership had significant effect on employees' job performance with job motivation as an intervening variable. Employees' job motivation also had significant influence on employees' job performance.

The active role of leaders and leadership models that are in accordance with the needs of educational institutions are very much needed. Teachers and Employees have a desire to be led by certain people who have a clear vision of the goals, understand how to realize the goals and try to teach them. The role of the leader in a school or madrasa is expected to create a sense of fairness for employees; Characteristics of leaders affect the work climate in an educational institution. Leaders expected by school employees are leaders who are able to provide job satisfaction to employees. This study was designed to examine whether transformational leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Using a sample at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Assyaidiyah, data collection was carried out by distributing 64 questionnaires. Based on the simple linear regression analysis used, the results showed that transformational leadership had a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction.
Influence of Transformational leadership on employee performance: A Pakistani perspective

The main objective of this research was to examine how transformational leaders boost their followers' innovative work behavior through trust in a leader, empowerment, and work engagement. Data were collected from 281 multinational organization employees in China. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) macro process was utilized to test the proposed hypothesis. The findings revealed that transformational leadership and work engagement were significantly related to innovative work behavior. The findings also demonstrated the significant impact of transformational leadership on trust in a leader, and its subsequent positive impact on the work engagement of the employees. Furthermore, the results supported a significant serial mediation between transformational leadership, trust, work engagement, and employees' innovative behavior. The results also showed a significant moderating effect of empowerment on transformational leadership and innovative work behavior. For boosting employees' innovative work behavior, leaders in the organization should strive to engage them effectively in their work by gaining their trust, which could help them participate in creative activities. This is the key study to investigate the different perspectives of how transformational leadership can stimulate followers' innovative behavior through trust in the leader and work engagement within the Chinese organizational context.

This paper aimed to examine and analyse the consequence of transformational leadership and motivation on work performance at PT PLN UWP IV Electric Maintenance Center Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. The novelty of this research is by testing the conceptual framework for the consequence of transformational leadership and motivation (need for achievement) on work performance in a different context, scope, and population than existing research. This research uses quantitative research methods with detailed causality research. The sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling, which was 40 employees at PT PLN UWP IV Electric Maintenance Center. The data investigation approach used is multiple linear regression. The consequence of this study confirms the influence of transformational leadership and work motivation on performance, both partially and simultaneously. The results of this paper are persistent with the theory of transformational leadership and the theory of motivation for achievement. This research contributes scientifically to the consequence of transformational leadership, and work motivation on work performance also change management.

This research aimed to analyze the influence of transformational leadership (TL) on employee performance (EP) through work motivation (WM) on engineering consulting companies in Capital Region of Jakarta. The data collection of this research was primary and secondary by using structural equation modeling with partial least squares method. The total respondent of this research was 106 who were the employees from selected engineering consulting companies in Capital Region of Jakarta. TL had a significant effect towards EP. TL had a significant effect towards WM. This study aims to examine the impact of transformational leadership on organizational commitment and work motivation at private sector in Pakistan by keeping teamwork as a moderating variable. This study contains the sample size of 200 employees that will help answering the study's questions and hypotheses. Online questionnaires were distributed among private sector employees. The study uses convenient sampling technique to fill out the questionnaire on a five-point Likert scale ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The findings of the briefly suggests that: gender and education as a control variable has no effect on the organizational commitment and work motivation but age has an impact on organizational commitment only. Regression analysis shows that there is a significant effect of transformational leadership on teamwork and both the dependent variables (organizational commitment, work motivation). Organizational practitioners managers are recommended to empower transformational leadership along with teamwork at workplace, as they have strong correlation with organizational commitment and work motivation independently (transformational leadership) as well as moderating impact on both dependent variables.
