Earnings information is very important for investors in their decision-making process to enter in a capital market. Informations are very important for investors, asymmetry information is never expected by any investor. Asymmetry information is as well, a serious concern for regulators of capital markets. This study aims to determine the effect of asymmetry information on the presence or absence of earnings management practices in Sharia-based bonds and stocks issuers. Through 20 companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index we analysed, we found out that asymmetry information has no effect on earnings management on Sharia-based bonds and stocks issuers. In addition, we also did not find sufficient evidence that justify that Sharia-based bonds and stocks issuers practice earnings management.

This study analyzed the influence ofAsymmetric Infonnativn ofthe Contractual Agenty Problems in Mudharahah. Asymmetiic information in this study was based on theform ofadverse selection and moral hazard. Moral hazard is an aberration that cannot be observed by Shahibul Maal. Negative actions or activities-of the entrepreneur (mudhc^rih) are not known by Shahibul Maal so that mudharib can freely act without the knowledge ofthem. Adverse selection associated with the ethics ofa mudharib inherently and cannot be known certainly by Shahibul Maal The research was conducted on Sharia Commercial Banks\in DIY and Central Java, namely BTNSyariah, Bank Syariah Mandiri, BRI Syariah. Through regression analysis, it showed that Moral Hazard and Adverse Selection effected on the contractual agency probUms both individually and simultanously.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan bukti secara empiris dalam faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) pada perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Faktor-faktor yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah IG-score, kualifikasi doctoral Dewan Pengawas Syariah (DPS), cross-directionship DPS, jumlah Dewan Komisaris, proporsi Dewan Komisaris independen, & Investment Account Holder (IAH).Metode pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling. Sampel berasal dari 45 laporan tahunan bank syariah di Indonesia pada periode tahun 2009 – 2013. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan data sekunder terhadap laporan tahunan yang telah dipublikasikan di dalam website bank syariah di Indonesia. Pengukuran pengungkapan informasi sosial dilakukan menggunakan indeks dengan 16 item pengungkapan yang berasal dari AAOIFI serta berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh (Farook, dkk., 2011) yang diadaptasi dari penelitian (Maali, dkk., 2006)....
Sistem Prosedur Pialang Asuransi Syariah Berbasis Digital di Indonesia
Identifying the risk of the insured party is the main task of the insurance broker who acts as the insured's representative who has the right to become an intermediary between the insured party and the insurance company. The purpose of this study is to analyze the governance of sharia insurance brokers in identifying the risks that exist to the insured. Qualitative method is a method used to provide a comprehensive picture. The results of this study state that sharia insurance brokers have implemented good corporate governance and have carried out their duties and obligations as representatives implementing the values of governance, risk management and Sharia Compliance. Sharia Insurance Broker professionalism will be felt by the insured if the insurance claim settlement can be done in accordance with the agreement.
Asimetri Informasi Dan Underpricing

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh asimetri informasi terhadap underpricing. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 63 perusahaan yang melakukan penawaran umum perdana di Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam kurun waktu 2005-2010. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, yaitu menguji proksi asimetri informasi yang terdiri atas ukuran perusahaan, umur perusahaan, proporsi saham yang ditawarkan kepada masyarakat, reputasi underwriter dan reputasi auditor terhadap underpricing. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa reputasi underwriter dan reputasi auditor berpengaruh terhadap underpricing. Ukuran perusahaan, umur perusahaan dan proporsi saham yang ditawarkan tidak berpengaruh terhadap underpricing.
