Objective: This study aims to identify a summary of Corporate Social Responsibility - Community Development and Empowerment Program (CSR-PPM) studies in the mineral and coals mining industry in Indonesia and identify the main concerns of criticism of the implementation of CSR-PPM in Indonesia. Design/methodology/approach: This research uses library research methods. Literature collected in the form of: scientific articles, books, or internet sites containing relevant information or data. Data analysis is done with annotated bibliography techniques. This research literature data is obtained by accessing a popular literature database. Findings: CSR-PPM mining industry in Indonesia is a legitimized strategic instrument to address environmental social issues and contribute to regional development and national and long-term dimensional. Implications: The recommended implementation model is a collaboration model involving cross-sector stakeholders by synchronizing internal corporate rules with regional development schemes. Originality: The use of annotated bibliography data analysis techniques that have never been used by previous research.

As enforced by the Indonesian government, corporate social responsibility (CSR) is mandatory for Indonesian companies. This paper presents a case analysis of a CSR program jointly managed by a company and a foundation. The program was implemented in Ancol Pasir Village in South Tanggerang, an area with a potential for bamboo-webbing craft. In this paper, the authors analyze the extent to which the program has been effective. Action research, with four main stages (planning, acting, developing, and reflecting), was conducted. It included narrative analysis based on observations and interviews. The analysis shows that there are gaps between the program expectations and the actual implementation, suggesting that the program was not effective. At the end, the authors provide suggestions on how the program could improve. A distribution network for the bamboo webbing community is also provided. Based on data from Central Bureau of Statistics, the population of Indonesia in 2016 amounted to 258.71 million people, consisting of 128.72 million women and 129.99 million men. Thus, women need to be empowered to increase their competence so that they can contribute in the national economy. The aim of this paper is to analyze the impact of women's empowerment into a sustainable local business community through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The qualitative research methodology was conducted in this study. Data collection is conducted through in-depth interview with the related women. The informants in this study were the women who were involved in CSR program located in Kampung Kue, Surabaya City. This research uses the theory of women empowerment by Nursahbani Katjasungkana in discussion of Strategic Plan Team of National Development. The results show that women empowerment programs have a positive impact on women's selfdevelopment in Kampung Kue. Women become skilled and have the ability to become independent entrepreneurs. Thus, women have additional income and are able to increase household incomes. In addition, the slum neighborhoods in Kampung Kue previously became a productive local business community due to the empowerment program.

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) should address the concerns of stakeholders toward its business activities and the social, economic, and environmental changes that CSR brings to the community. This study analyzes the impact of the CSR dimensions on community well-being (CWB). The measured CSR dimensions are economic, legal, and ethical aspects, including philanthropy. By contrast, CWB involves the social aspects, economic empowerment, and the environment. A total of 490 respondents from the local community answered survey questionnaires, while Smart PLS.3.0 is used for data analysis. Results of the structural model analysis identified a significant, positive, and direct relationship between CSR and CWB. The implications of this study establish an important link between the CSR and CWB dimensions.

CSR is a responsibility that must be implemented by every company, where the company's responsibility is not only on the financial condition. But corporate responsibility (CSR) is also related to all stakeholders included their family employees. The existence of a company can have two impacts, namely positive and negative, therefore the company needs to prevent negative impacts that may arise and can interfere with the company's operations and community activities. This, CSR is very necessary to be implemented in every company. This research uses qualitative research and uses a deductive approach. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of CSR is indispensable in a company, the variable of participation democracy takes part in the establishment of the company and the level of welfare of the Indonesian people is one of the impacts of the success of a company in promoting the concept of CSR.

The importance of social capital in analyzing economic progress and development has long been acknowledged. However, little research has actually looked into how social capital functions and what role it plays in community development initiatives. This case study explores communities’ experiences of receiving CSR funds informing a community development program. The informants of this study were the participants of the CSR program from three communities forested by three companies’ CSR, which received reward funding from the Indonesian government. By using qualitative data collection, this study interviewed five to seven people who participated in the CSR programs or approximately 16 people. The Implementation Model of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): An Indonesian Perspective

This study aims to build the implementation model of CSR from the existing companies in Manado and Minahasa, North Sulawesi-Indonesia. The research used qualitative method. After data are collected, the analysis process begins. There are three phases to data analysis such as data reduction, data presentation and model building. The collected data are reduced according to the implementation of CSR and bring up many themes. Based on these themes, the data are presented and the process to draw conclusion is begun and finally the model is built. To implement their CSR, companies build the concept themes of CSR implementation, provide the CSR funds, and prepare the programs and reports. Business ethics, good corporate governance, compliance in regulation and benefit to society and environment become the concept of CSR implementation. The programs such as charity, philanthropy and community development activities which are done as routine and non routine activities in the short term or long term programs. The funding of these activities needs to be budgeted from their internal policy. The reports include CSR activity reports, financial and annual reports. Therefore, the model is built from the element of concept, funds, programs and reports on their CSR implementation.
