Quality of life work (QWL) attracts the attention of both employers and researchers in order to increase the organizational commitment and performance of employees. In this sense, the aim of this study is to compare the effect of the perception of the quality of work-life on the organizational commitment of the administrators and teachers. The research was designed according to the predictive correlation pattern which is one of the quantitative research designs. In the 2018-2019 and 2019-220 academic year, 782 educators, 591 teachers and 191 administrators working in public schools in Tuzla and Sultanbeyli districts participated in the study. In this study, data were collected using the Quality of Life Scale and Organizational Commitment Scale, and t-test, correlation and regression analyzes were performed. According to the results of the analysis, administrators' perceptions of quality of work-life and organizational commitment are higher than teachers. The relationship between administrators' perception of the quality of work-life and organizational commitment levels is lower than the relationship between teachers' perception of the quality of work-life and organizational commitment levels. According to the regression analysis, the quality of work-life predicts 52% of teachers' organizational commitment and 33% of administrators' organizational commitment.

Teachers influence the young minds to become the best version of themselves. While serving as molders, it is expedient to take cognizant with their well-being. This study determined the level of quality work life, organizational commitment and performance of teachers in the elementary schools of Alegria District, Cebu during the school year 2021-2022 as basis for management plan. This study utilized mixed method research design specifically sequential in order to better comprehend a phenomenon and respond to the research questions, it requires gathering and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data. The relationships with the demographic profile and organizational commitment can be gleaned as there is a no significant relationship between demographic and organizational commitment. The relationship with the demographic profile and organizational respondents' performance can be gleaned as there is a significant positive weak relationship between number of household members in the family and organizational respondents' performance (r= 0.166 with the p=0.044). All the rest in the demographic profile construed as not significant. There are three themes generated for the qualitative data namely Problems Underneath, At the Limelight, and The Non-Negotiables. To this end, work life balance and organizational commitment are essential factors in enhancing the teachers' teaching performance. This study recommends the utilization of this output across the Cebu Province Division and the entire country.

This research aims to investigate the moderation effect of experience of relationship between quality of work life (QWL) and organizational commitment among university teachers. Sample comprised of 300 teachers within age range from 26 to 64 years (M = 45.28, SD = 10.01) from different faculties of Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. Sample was divided into two categories, i.e., high experienced teachers (N = 150) and low experienced teachers (N = 150), based on median (Md = 16.5) of total sample. Obtained data were analyzed by correlation and moderation analysis. Findings showed the significant positive relationship of experience, QWL, and organizational commitment with each other among high or low experienced teachers as well as total teacher sample. Furthermore, significant moderation effect of experience on the relationship between QWL and organizational commitment was reported among low experienced teacher group as well as total teacher sample. In case of high experienced teacher group, significant moderation effect of experience was not observed. These findings substantiate the crucial role of senior university teachers' in determining their QWL and organizational commitment. Implication of research discussed and suggestions for future research proposed.
This study examined the relationships between quality of work life and work commitment, work stress and work satisfaction. This study also investigated the differences in work life quality, work commitment, work stress and work satisfaction based on demographic variables and the relationships amongst the variables. Questionnaire data was collected from a cross-sectional survey administered to 110 permanent teachers at a government secondary school in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. Findings in this study showed that the respondents only had moderate work life quality. There were also moderate relationships between work life quality and work commitment, stress, and satisfaction but there were no differences in the quality of work life based on demographic variables. However there were differences in work commitment based on gender. This research also revealed that there were also no differences in work stress and satisfaction based on the same demographic variables. Similarly, the findings suggested that work commitment, work stress and satisfaction were not significantly correlated. Work life quality of teachers could still be improved to ensure that students gain maximum benefits from teaching and learning practices in the classrooms.

A Study of the Relation between the Quality of Working Life and Organizational Commitment
As organizations are considered as the biggest most complicated phenomenon of the societies, it is required to study their mechanisms. The study of the components of the quality of working life in and organization is one of most important applied strategies required for the creation of an appropriate work environment, in which the personnel can use their highest capacities in an optimal manner, and increase their loyalty and commitment to their organization. This research aims to study the relation between the quality of working life (as an independent variable) and organizational commitment (as a dependent variable) of the personnel of the Islamic Azad University of Mahabad Branch. For this purpose, standard questionnaires have been prepared to collect required data using Walton questionnaire for the variable " quality of working life " , and Mowday, Steers, and Porter questionnaire for organizational commitment. The reliability of the questionnaires has been tested using Cronbach's alpha. The collected data are analyzed using the tests of descriptive statistics (including mean, tables, variance, etc.) and the results have been provided in tables. As the variables are measures in a ranking manner, Spearman non-parametric correlation test has been applied in form of a table for inferential test of the variables, and in conclusion, eight hypotheses of this research have been confirmed based on the values of correlation coefficients.

Objective: to examine the Relationship between Quality of Work Life (QWL) and its Dimensions and Organization Commitment and its Dimensions in New Recruits and Experienced Teachers of Physical Education in Central Province, Iran. Method: data were drawn from the 2012 on Central province teachers (N=502). The numbers of 217 teachers were randomly selected and completed 3 questionnaires including (personal Demographic, quality of work life and organization commitment). Statistical analysis conducted to compare results included descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation and T test. Result: senior and junior`s quality of work life was respectively (M=3.023, M=2.678). also all teachers, senior and junior`s organization commitment was respectively (M=3.338, M=3.243, M=3.751). Statistically significant differences exist between two groups in quality of work life and organization commitment (p<.05). Our data also showed a significant correlation between quality of work life and organization commitment among teachers. Conclusion: the result of this study can be used by managers to increase efficiency of workers, especially seniors.
The Influence of Quality of Work Life (QWL) on Employees’ Organizational Commitment

Employees’ organizational commitment refers to the individuals’ loyalty and involvement in all institution activities. Therefore, the variable becomes fundamental in a higher education institution. It indicates the need for the institution to improve the work life quality. The present study aimed to know and analyze the influence of QWL on the employees’ organizational commitment. The quantitative research was conducted in State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Kendari in 2019 with 55 samples out of 142 population. The precision was 10%. The findings showed that QWL has a positive and significant influence, reaching a score of 0.727 or 72.7%. It means that the employees’ commitment can be increased by improving the Quality of Work Life (QWL).

Purpose of the study: This study focused on job satisfaction and organizational commitment among teachers who are teaching the indigenous students in the Pahang state. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment among the teachers and to find out which dimension in job satisfaction scored the highest factors in fulfilling organizational commitment. Methodology: This is a correlational study adopting a quantitative approach in data analysis. A questionnaire on organizational commitment was adapted from Meyer and Allen (1990) while job satisfaction dimension was adapted from Spector (1985). The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Organizational Commitment on Job Satisfaction, the effect of Work Environment on Job Satisfaction, the influence of Organizational Commitment on Teachers Performance, the effect of Work Environment on Teachers Performance, the effect of Job Satisfaction on Teachers Performance. The analytical method used in this research is structural equation modeling (SEM) to determine the causal relationship between latent variables contained in structural equations. The analysis tool used is with the help of Smart PLS. The questionnaire was distributed electronically using simple random sampling technique. The results of the questionnaire returned were 150 respondents. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was concluded that motivation had no significant effect on Teachers Performance. Organizational Commitment has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction Performance. Work Environment has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction.
