The Real Time Face Detection and Recognition System

In the fast moving modern world everything is changed to provide a better life for humanity. New developments make this as a reality. So we were decided to develop the Real Time Face detection and recognition system. The importance of the automatic face detection and tracking system has increased as it is needed for video surveillance and new user interfaces. And providing higher security to the country. This system suitable for all people, but some people’s face damaged on acid attack, war and etc. so we were used to password for these peoples. In this research our effort is to develop a system for face detection and recognition in the real time. That will be effiient and give solution for many problems. The system was developed using C# .Net programming, Viola-Jones algorithm (Haar Cascade Classifir), PCA (classifid as either Feature based and image based) and EmguCV (Computer vision Library and wrapper class of Open CV)

REAL TIME HUMAN FACE DETECTION IN SURVILLANCE SECURITY SYSTEM

Today's institutions are facing major security issues; consequently, they need several specially trained personnel to attain the desired security. These personnel, as human beings, make mistakes that might affect the level of security. A proposed solution to the aforementioned matter is a Face Recognition Security System, which can detect intruders to restricted or high-security areas, and help in minimizing human error. This system is composed of two parts: hardware part and software part. The hardware part consists of a camera, while the software part consists of face-detection and face-recognition algorithms software. When a person enters to the zone in question, a series of snapshots are taken by the camera and sent to the software to be analyzed and compared with an existing database of trusted people. An alarm goes off if the user is not recognized. This is a project to develop an e-mail application using HCI features helping users check their mailbox easier. It is consist of a network module to develop a standalone email application to ask user home security. a face recognition module Face recognition algorithm and pick the fastest one to avoid lag and use it as a security level of application. This paper describes the technique for real time human face detection and tracking using a modified version of the algorithm suggested by Paul viola and Michael Jones. The paper starts with the introduction to human face detection and tracking, followed by apprehension of the Vila Jones algorithm and then discussing about the implementation in real video applications. Viola Jones algorithm was based on object detection by extracting some specific features from the image. We used the same approach for real time human face detection and tracking. Simulation results of this developed algorithm shows the Real time human face detection and tracking supporting up to 50 human faces. This algorithm computes data and produce results in just a mere fraction of seconds

Nowadays that security comes into more prominence every day, it is necessary for people to keep more passwords in their mind and carry more cards with themselves. Such implementations however, are becoming less secure and practical, thus leading to an increasing interest in techniques related to biometrics systems. Biometrics systems are the systems which store physical properties of people in electronic environment and enable them to be recognized by the stored electronic information when needed. Biometrics is the identification of human. It works on the principle of identification of physical properties of a person which he or she cannot alter, are distinctive from others, can be used for identification, and are in his or her possession only. Extensive studies are conducted on biometrics techniques such as fingerprint, hand, face, iris, retina and voice recognition. Some systems have been developed, tested, and results have been obtained. Face recognition systems are among the most important subjects in biometrics systems. These systems, which are very important for security in particular, have been widely used and developed in many countries. This study aims to achieve face recognition successfully by detecting human face in real time, based on Principal Component Analysis (PCA) algorithm and comparing the result with pre-recorded face samples.

Here only the focus id on the human face tracking i.e. entities other than the human face is being ignored. It is a hybrid approach as to implement both in real time as well as in database. But both can be done at a single instant of time. Simultaneously both the tracking would not be possible. As faces represent complex, multidimensional, meaningful visual stimuli and developing a model for face detection is difficult. We present a Voila Jones Face Detection Algorithm which comprises of identifying a face image from the face's unique features. Face Recognition System

In present times, face recognition has become one of the best technologies for computer vision. Face recognition is always a very difficult task in computer vision, illumination, pose, facial expression. Face recognition tracks target objects in live video images taken with a video camera. In simple words, it is a system application for automatically identifying a person from a still image or video frame. In this paper we proposed an automated face recognition system. This application based on face detection, feature extraction and recognition algorithms, which automatically detects the human face when the person in front of the camera recognizing him. We used KLT Algorithm, Viola-Jones Algorithm face detection which detect human face using Haar cascade classifier, however camera is continuously detecting the face every frame, PCA algorithm for feature selection. We apply a model combining to match the geometric characteristics of the human face.

Eigenface-based Face Real Time Recognition System

There is a need for the automatic monitoring of an environment for surveillance purposes, attendance management and access control. This automatic monitoring system becomes very meaningful if coupled with the ability to identify persons present in such environment. Most surveillance and monitoring systems are basically video cameras or CCTVs which give data in form of videos and images. The process of identification of persons in the videos or images can be taken care of through the detection and recognition of faces present in the images. This project states the design of a face detection and recognition system implemented with MATLAB. Viola Jones algorithm was employed for the detection of faces. The system based on Viola Jones algorithm was slow during implementation, hence this research work attempts to enhance the speed of detection. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) was employed for dimensionality reduction, and the matching correlation analysis for matching. The performance of the system was measured based on the detection speed and recognition efficiency, the system was tested with 88 test images. Case studies were taken for the performance of the system with varying skin color and with occlusion.

Face detection is very important because it is not being safe in human environment. So, F Detection Security System is essential between individual in life. In the modern world everything is changed to provide a better life. So we were decided to develop the Real Time Face detection system. The importance of the face detection as it is esse surveillance and real user interfaces security to the country. Face differ in skin colour, nose, eyebrows, chin between different people in humanity. In this paper we effort is to develop system about face detection security system in the real time.

Development of a real time human face recognition software system

In this study, a system for real-time face recognition was built using the Open Face tools of the Open CV library. The article describes the methodology for creating the system and the results of its testing. The Open CV library has various modules that perform many tasks. In this paper, Open CV modules were used for face recognition in images and face identification in real time. In addition, the HOG method was used to detect a person by the front of his face. After performing the HOG method, 128 face measurements were obtained using the image encoding method. A convolutional neural network was then used to identify people's faces using the SVM linear classifier algorithm.
