Analisis Efisiensi Rantai Pemasaran Bawang Merah di Kota Banda Aceh dan Aceh Besar

Shallots price in Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar city have a fluctuation. The household complained when the price was so expensive and the farmers complained when the price so cheap. The aim of this research to know marketing efficiency, marketing channel type, marketing margin, marketing profit of shallots in Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar city. This research used survey method and anlysis method used descriptive method, margin analysis and marketing efficiency. The result show that shallots marketing channel involve farmer, collector, retailer and consumer; shallots marketing margin in Ulee Kareng market was Rp.1.975/kg, in Peunayong market was Rp.4.950/kg, and in Lambaro market was Rp. 2.625/kg; shallots marketing efficiency in Ulee Kareng market was 10,46% and in Peunayong market was 19,26 %, meanwhile in Lambaro market was 17,26 %.

Bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum) sebagai salah satu komoditas unggulan Kabupaten Bantul yang memberikan kontribusi cukup tinggi terhadap perkembangan ekonomi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kondisi rantai pasok bawang merah dan menyusun alternatif skenario sistem manajemen rantai pasok bawang merah di Kabupaten Bantul. Penelitian berlangsung pada bulan April – Juli 2019. Penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif, evaluasi dengan membandingkan aktivitas anggota rantai pasok dengan menggunakan analisis marjin pemasaran, farmer’s share serta analisis AHP. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah snowball sampling, sejumlah 50 petani dan 10 pedagang. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengkaji pola saluran pemasaran bawang merah, menganalisis biaya di setiap titik mata rantai pemasaran dan menganalisis efisiensi pemasaran bawang merah di dataran menengah Kabupaten Majalengka. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara menggunakan kuesioner yang sudah dipersiapkan sebelumnya. Responden dalam penelitian ini meliputi produsen atau petani bawang merah, pelaku pasar (bandar, pedagang pengecer). Data sekunder diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik, Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Majalengka, Dinas pertanian Provinsi dan Dinas terkait lainnya. Pembandingan Efisiensi Pemasaran Bawang Merah Konsumsi dan Benih di Kabupaten Brebes, Provinsi Jawa Tengah

Demand for shallot, used for consumption and seed, tends to increase. However, there are some problems of discontinuity and price fluctuation in its marketing. This research aims to analyze the supply chain of consumption and seed shallot, particularly in Brebes Regency. The research was conducted in the period of April-December 2015 using primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews using a questionnaire from 30 farmers based on purposive sampling and 18 traders using a snowball sampling method. Data were analyzed descriptively using a supply chain approach. The results showed that supply chain of shallot for seed was managed better than that for consumption purposes. This situation is in line with marketing efficiency. The market of shallot for seed is more efficient than that for consumption indicated by marketing margin and farmer's share. It is necessary that the government improves shallot supply chain management particularly for certified high-quality shallot seed provision at affordable price.

Shallots supply chain face s many problems and challenges, so need efforts to improve the performance. This study was conducted to : 1) analyze conditions of the shallots supply chain using the framework discussion of FSCN (Food Supply Chain Ne twork), 2) measure performance of the shallots supply chain using the rating scale method and indicator assessment adapted from the SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) model, and 3) formulate efforts to improve performance of shallots supply chain by conducting gap analysis and problem analysis. The study was conducted in Brebes as the largest shallots production center in Indonesia. Efisiensi Pemasaran Bawang Merah di Desa Selopamioro, Kecamatan Imogiri Kabupaten Bantul, DIY

This research was conducted at Selopamioro village, Imogiri county, Bantul district. The tedious shallot marketing chain and a big difference in price affected by the marketers resulted in the farmers being left with dissatisfied prices. The purpose of this research is to understand the marketing pattern (channel), the price difference (margin) the efficiency of the marketing system and farmer's share. The research volunteers of farmers and merchants surveyed with the snowball sampling method consisted of 25 farmers, 3 collectors, 3 wholesalers, and 3 small merchants. The marketing channel was discussed descriptively, meanwhile, the price difference (margin) and the marketing efficiency were explained quantitatively and supported by data and equations. The result showed that Selopamioro village used 2 different channels to market the shallot harvest which are, 1st channel: Farmers-Collectors-Wholesalers-Small Merchants-Consumers; and 2nd channel: Farmers-Collectors-Wholesalers-Consumers. The marketing efficiency in the village has proven to be "efficient", where the highest efficiency comes from the 2nd channel with 2,84% compared 1st channel with 2,92%. The price difference (margin) on the 1st channel costs 21.500 Rp/Kg, while the 2nd channel costs 16.500 Rp/Kg. The score of Farmer's sharehas been "efficient" with the score of 1st channel is 48,81% and 2nd channel is 55,41%.

Indonesia memiliki lahan yang subur dan sangat cocok digunakan untuk bertani dan berkebun sebagai mata pencaharian utama oleh sebagian dari penduduk Indonesia. The research entitled Behavioral model of MSME Processing Processed Onions and Tersi, Indramayu Regency. The purpose of this research is to explore and analyze the behavior of MSME actors processing agricultural products in Indramayu district and how the efforts are being made with business continuity MSME actors can apply or implement a business plan planning model, SWOT analysis, in dealing with business competition. The data collection method was carried out using interview techniques which were equipped with a semi-structured list of questions. The questionnaire was used as a guide so that interviews were more structured and standardized. The analysis technique that will be used is the concept of SWOT analysis is the concept of seeking analysis to determine a decision on a problem. SWOT itself is an acronym for Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Treats. Efisiensi Alokatif Faktor Produksi Pada Usahatani Bawang Merah DI Kabupaten Majalengka, Jawa Barat

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memperngaruhi produksi bawang merah di Kabupaten Majalengka, (2) menganalisis tingkat efisiensi alokatif (efisiensi harga) dari penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi yang digunakan dalam usahatani bawang merah di Kabupaten Majalengka. Responden petani bawang merah ditentukan secara sensus. Jumlah data responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 37 petani bawang merah di Kabupaten Majalengka. Waktu pengumpulan data pada penelitian ni dilakukan pada bulan September 2015 sampai dengan April 2016. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah fungsi produksi stochastic frontier Cobb-Douglass dan efisiensi alokatif dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan produk marginal. Manajemen Rantai Pasok Bawang Putih di Kabupaten Karanganyar Dengan Pendekatan Food Supply Chain Networking

Demand for garlic tends to increase. However, there are still obstacles to discontinuities and fluctuations in prices in marketing. This study is structured to analyze the general conditions of the garlic supply chain in Karanganyar Regency. The study was conducted in February-March 2019 using primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews using questionnaires directly with respondents as many as 50 garlic farmers who were selected by purposive sampling, as well as marketing agencies as many as 13 people with the snowball sampling method. Data analyzed descriptively using the Food Supply Chain Networking (FSCN) approach. The results of the study show that the garlic supply chain already has clear targets and relationships between actors that are already structured.
