Abstract

Solidworks 3D software is applied to establish the solid model of automatic fire hose cleaning and drying machine, introduce its working principle and process, use ANSYS-Workbench finite element software to carry out modal analysis on the frame of automatic fire hose cleaning and drying machine in general, calculate and analyze the first 6th order intrinsic frequency and corresponding modal vibration pattern, determine whether resonance occurs with ultrasonic cleaning frequency and brush cleaning frequency, optimize on this basis, and determine the feasibility of the scheme.
