Human resources are considered as an asset for companies with high employee performance which can be influenced by compensation and job satisfaction. This study aims to determine how much influence compensation and job satisfaction have on performance at Surya Jatiwangi Department Store in Majalengka Regency, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive and verification method with a total sample of 92 respondents. Data collection techniques used were documentation, observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires. The results of the research show that compensation, job satisfaction and employee performance at Surya Jatiwangi Department Store in Majalengka Regency can be said to be good. The research data shows that partially, compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan explanatif mengenai pengaruh (1) kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja, (2) kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan,(3) kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan (4) kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Kubu Jati Singaraja Bali. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Kubu Jati Singaraj Bali yang berjumlah 50 Orang. Semua populasi dijadikan unit pengamatan, oleh karena itu penelitian ini adalah penelitian polulasi. Data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kompensasi, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. compensation is one of the implementations of HRM functions that are closely related to all types of awards that aim to increase work passion and job satisfaction. Compensation is deemed important in order to avoid negative prejudices arising from a sense of injustice between management and the labor force. This study aims to find out to analyze the relationship of compensation to Job Satisfaction. Data analysis method in this study uses regression analysis by involving all employees as many as 94 employees. The results showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Konflik dan Kompensasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Sriboga Bakeries Integra Bogor. Dengan jumlah sample 60 orang dari 150 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunkan metode kuantitatif. Analisis ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis korelasi, analisis regresi, analisis determinasi, uji hipotesis uji t dan uji f. Hasil korelasi menunjukan variabel Konflik (X1) sebesar 0, 269, termasuk dalam kategori rendah, dengan persamaan regresi Y = 40,568 – 0,218 X1, dan hasil korelasi variabel Kompensasi (X2) sebesar 0,603 termasuk dalam kategorik kuat, dengan persamaan regresi Y = 17,868 + 0,501 X2. Adapun hasil korelasi variabel Konflik dan Kompensasi secara bersama-sama terhadap Kepuasan Kerja sebesar 0,644 termasuk dalam kategori kuat, dengan persamaan regresi Y = 22,667 – 0,184 X1 + 0,487. The company in achieving a business activity which do need labor factors therein. Issues pertaining to labor is a low performance. Factors that can influence the occurrence of performance is the motivation, job satisfaction, stress level, physical condition, occupation, compensation system and economic aspects. The problem in this study was the occurrence of a decrease in employee performance and increase employee absenteeism arriving late, forgetful, and leave early . This study aims to determine the effect of motivation compensation (X2 ) on job satisfaction ( Z ) on employee performance ( Y ) PT. Pelindo Semarang . Type eksplanatory research study used by all employees is still working in PT .Pelindo Semarang totaling 113 people. As for using census sampling technique . Data collection techniques in this study using interviews and questionnaires . Data analysis techniques used to test the validity, reliability testing, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, path analysis, t test and F test with the aid of SPSS 16.0. Based on the results of the analysis show motivation, compensation and job satisfaction has an influence on employee performance. Purpose: The study aims to analyze the direct and indirect impact of compensation on employee retention with job satisfaction as a mediation. Research methodology: The study sample was 50 permanent employees of PT Daya Surya Sejahtera Ponorogo Regency. Data analysis includes data quality testing, classical assumptions, hypotheses. Hypothesis testing uses path analysis from hierarchical regression analysis. Results: Hypothesis testing results show that: 1) compensation has a positive significant effect on job satisfaction; 2) job satisfaction has a positive significant effect on employee retention; 3) compensation has a positive significant effect on employee retention; 4) job satisfaction acts as a full mediation indirect effect of compensation on employee retention. The purpose of this studyis to examine the effect compensation, work environment on job satisfaction and company performance. This study uses a population of employees of the Polytechnic Academy of Sciences Voyages Semarang by the number of 46 people, while the sample in this study were 46 employees. Sampling technique with census metode. methods of data analysis used was multiple regression.The results of this study is: The results of this study indicate that the performance of employees affected by the compensation and work environment. Job satisfaction is not as intervening variable between the effect of compensation and work environtmen. Job satisfaction is an intervening variabel between the influence of work environment on employee perormance. Hypotheses related to yield the result that compensation had an influence on job satisfaction, a regression toward the positive. Job satisfaction has an influence on the performance of human resources, with a positive regression coefficient. Work environment has a significant influence on employee performance, with positive direction.
