Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan pada PT. Findora Internusa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang diperoleh langsung melalui survey menggunakan kuesioner kepada karyawan PT. Findora Internusa dengan menggunakan sample pada penelitian ini adalah 71 orang karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil uji parsial menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Findora Internusa.. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Findora Internusa. Secara simulttan menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja berpengara terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Findora Internusa.

Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Garuda Karya Mandiri

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Garuda Karya Mandiri. Sifat penelitian ini adalah asosiatif (hubungan) yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dan menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling. Cara penarikan sampelnya adalah menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu berjumlah 120 karyawan pada PT. Garuda Karya Mandiri. Hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai Fhitung 7,076 > Ftabel 3,95 yang berarti gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai signifikan 0,001 < 0,01. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa Ha3 diterima yang berarti gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.

The success of a company is supported by the role of a leader with his leadership style. The application of leadership is very influential on employee work motivation because to meet their needs requires the support from a leader. Occupational safety and health (OHS) programs are very important because when employees give a good perception of occupational safety and health programs, OHS behavior tends to be good. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of leadership style with work motivation, employee performance, and health safety perception in Cendana Water Treatment Plant of PDAM Tirta Kencana, Samarinda City. This type of analytic survey research with cross sectional approach was conducted in July 2019. The research sample of 54 people (total sampling) and data analysis using Pearson correlation test with significance level (α<0,05). The results showed that as many as 34 employees rated the authoritarian leadership style with most employees having low and high motivation (p-value 0,022), as many as 20 employees having moderate performance (p-value 0,008), as many as 21 employees having good OHS perceptions (p-value 0,000). It was concluded that there was a relationship between leadership style with work motivation, leadership style with employee performance, and leadership style with K3 perception in Cendana Water Treatment Plant of PDAM Tirta Kencana, Samarinda City. The leader must be able to apply a more effective leadership style, for example applying a democratic leadership style that always receives input and advice from his subordinates.

PENGARUH CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, JOB SATISFACTION, DAN AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP TERHADAP WORK ENGAGEMENT KARYAWAN PADA PT. IDMARCO PERKASA JAKARTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh corporate social responsibility (CSR), job satisfaction, dan authentic leadership terhadap work engagement studi kasus pada PT. IDmarco Perkasa Indonesia. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari corporate social responsibility, job satisfaction, authentic leadership dan work engagement sebagai variabel terikat. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari 220 karyawan melalui pengisian kuisioner menggunakan metode sensus. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif CSR terhadap work engagement, terdapat pengaruh positif job satisfaction terhadap work engagement, dan terdapat pengaruh positif authentic leadership terhadap work engagement. Implikasi yang dapat diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemimpin perusahaan harus mampu meningkatkan berbagai faktor yang dapat meningkatkan engaged karyawan dengan cara mempertahankan kesadaran dan kepedulian pada lingkungan dalam program CSR, memberikan kesempatan pada karyawan untuk mengungkapkan ide dan gagasannya, serta mampu memberikan kompensasi, gaji, hak cuti, keselamatan dalam bekerja sehingga dapat memberikan work life balance yang seimbang di dalam perusahaan. Disarankan untuk peneliti berikutnya dapat menambahkan variabel seperti job performance, transformational leadership dan emotional intelligence, serta dengan sampel dan jenis industri yang berbeda seperti pada perusahaan Tambang.

- This study aims to analyze the contribution of Leadership Behavior, Organizational Environment and Achievement Motivation on Employee Performance. The study was conducted at PT Mandiri Star Finance (Limited) branch office in West Java, with a population of 186 people. Researchers selected 128 sampe by using random sampling method.
