This paper aims at designing a path for the creation and preservation of learning organization through knowledge management process. Knowledge management process includes knowledge creation, knowledge documentation, knowledge dissemination, and knowledge application elements. The basic idea of this paper is that documentation step (including knowledge storing, valuation, coding and classification) plays a key role in knowledge management process and has substantial effects on the creation of learning organizations and the improvement of organizational performance.

Management of project's knowledge is very effective in the performance of project management and carries a great portion in achieving the targets of organization and projects. In project-oriented organization, knowledge and experiences of projects play a crucial role. Accurate identification and suitable application of knowledge in success of knowledge management is necessary. This combines with accurate identification and suitable application of knowledge and knowledge sharing techniques and relationship between them. In this paper, recognition, prioritization and classification of knowledge and knowledge sharing techniques in project-oriented organization are taken to consideration with survey experts by the use of literature review, PMBOK, best statistic techniques and factor analysis. The results recommend that which kind of knowledge sharing technique groups is better for implementation by which kind of knowledge groups. Suitable application and accurate identification of k...
University Course Timetabling Using Graph-based Hyper Heuristics
Mudīriyyat-i ṣan̒atī, 2013
University course timetabling is a complex optimizationproblem. There are many components like departments, faculties, rooms, and students making the problem huge and difficult to solve. Eachcomponent enforces a set of normally conflicting constraints on thesolution space. The problem will be solved if courses are scheduled indifferent rooms and within some specific time slots such that a set ofconstraints are satisfied. In this paper, a graph-based hyper-heuristic isproposed to find a solution to the problem. This is a two tiers modelingapproach combining hyper heuristic with graph coloring technique. Theupper tier heuristic is used to select a suitable heuristic to find a feasiblesolution on the lower tier. To find the suitability of the proposedapproach, it has been applied to a real world case. The proposed approachwas able to satisfy all the hard and soft constraints. Based on the researchfindings, it can be concluded that a graph-based hyper heuristic approachis a suitable and ...

Interactions between smaller companies in order to share capabilities and weaknesses coverage are very common in holding companies. Although holding value creation by creating synergies among subsidiaries, easy looks but unpleasant practical experiences show that in some organizations the lack of precise identification of opportunities for synergies between the companies, leading to the establishment of relationships between companies that are not only useful, but it can lead to major problems. Accordingly, the main objective of this paper is to provide a fuzzy system is to explore opportunities for synergy in holding, so that the potential opportunities and synergies between related companies specified and the organization existing information system must be developed. Therefore, based on the possible links between the activities and manageability of these relations in associated companies of holding, fuzzy matrix of exploration opportunities for synergy designed and the position o...
The Effect of Metacognitive Strategies and Observation of skilled model on Soccer Chip Task Learning
فصلنامه روانشناسی شناختی, 2018
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of metacognitive strategies and observation of skilled model on learning of soccer chip task. The present study was carried out by means of semi-experimental research design. Forty two students, aged 11-13 years old, in region 2th of Tehran, participated in this study. They were divided in 3 groups (control group, observation of skilled model, and observation of skilled model with metacognitive activities). Metacognition group had to complete a semi-structured written interview that prompting them to activate their high-order thinking, before and then of acquisition blocks. An experimental intervention study in of soccer chip shot was conducted with pre-, post-, retention and transfer tests. Repeated measures analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences between groups. The result revealed that metacognitive strategies prompting had significant influence on students' performance.
