Parable of the WEDDING FEAST & Parable of the GREAT BANQUET In the Scriptures, it reveals the Events of the Last Day or Second Comings In all reality, it reveals the Events of the whole of Creation (original) (raw)
We find the Parable of the Wedding Feast in Matthew in the 22nd Chapter: "1 And Jesus [Yahshua] answered and spake unto them again by parables, and said, 2 The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king [G_d], which made a marriage for his [Only Begotten] son [the Messiah], 3 And sent forth his servants [the Prophets] to call them [His chosen offspring, the children of Yisraelthe antediluvian, alternatively pre-diluvian or pre-flood servants-whom were all only Elect or Perdition] that were bidden to the wedding: and they would not come. 4 Again, he sent forth other servants [additional Prophets, even True Messengers to post-diluvial or alternatively post-flood], saying, Tell them which are bidden [the Elect], Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and my fatlings are killed, and all [needful] things are ready: come unto the marriage [of the Lamb of G_d]. 5 But they made light of it, and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise: 6 And the remnant [actual Yisrael-the Remnant speaks of the something left over; like fabric left upon a bolt after the rest has been used or sold. In all reality, it is the surviving vestige of His offsprings from the First Estate that remained valiant here, and] took his servants, and entreated them spitefully, and slew them. 7 But when the king [G_d] heard thereof, he was wroth: and he sent forth his armies [the Angels (where one against ten thousand is an army by comparison to mortals)], and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city [posterity and inheritance-singular, it is Jerusalem-Yerushaláyim]. 8 Then saith he [G_d the Father-Yah] to his servants [the 144,000], The wedding is ready [at the end of this age, just prior to the world to come], but they which were bidden were not worthy. 9 Go ye therefore into the highways [other churches and nations], and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage. 10 So those servants [the 144,000] went out into the highways [other churches and nations], and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good [Jew and Gentiles, Righteous and Unrighteous]: and the wedding [at the End Time, when the Bride will have fully come] was furnished with guests. 11 And when the king [G_d] came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a [furnished] wedding garment [which was the custom of the day, and who had not washed his garment in the blood of the Lamb]: 12 And he [G_d] saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment [of righteosness, the gift of salvation]? And he was speechless [there is no defense for such]. 13 Then said the king [G_d] to the servants [the Angels], Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness [a place reserved for only Perdition and Sons of Perdition]; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth [for him who was cast out into outer darkness, by those who knew him and are casted down to hell]. 14 For many are called, but few are chosen." (Matthew 22:1-14, KJV, Italics added & [Comments in Brackets]) This Parable is different, in that it has some important distinctions as to almost clear comparison to different groups of peoples, in comparison to other far more obscure agrarian allegories.
