Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan dan konsumsi rumah tangga terhadap kesejahteraan petani jagung di Desa Mariah Bandar Kecamatan Pematang Bandar Kabupaten Simalungun secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari penelitian lapangan (survey) ke 30 responden petani jagung di Desa Mariah Bandar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda ordinary least square (OLS) dengan melakukan uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Variabel pendapatan (X1) secara parsial (individu) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan keluarga petani jagung di Desa Mariah Bandar Kecamatan Pematang Bandar Kabupaten Simalungun; 2). Food is a basic need for humans to survive, and therefore adequate food for everyone is a basic right that deserves to be fulfilled. One of the important indicators affecting the food security status of farmer households is income. This study aims to determine the amount of income obtained from maize farming and the value of household food security of maize farmers in the Bulupountu Jaya Village, Sigi Biromaru District, Sigi Regency. The research was conducted from July to September 2020. The analytical method used is a descriptive based on the farm household income, staple food needs, and local staple food prices. This study aims to analyze the structure of household income and the level of welfare of farmers in the sub-sector of food crops and horticulture in Muara Sabak Timur Subdistrict. The survey method using questionnaires was conducted to collect primary data as the main data in this study. The sampling method used is purpossive sampling to determine the sample location and accidental sampling is used to determine the respondents of farmers as many as 40 farmers directly at the site. Jeruk merupakan tanaman buah yang banyak terdapat di Sumatera Barat terutama di Kabupaten Agam, yang sekaligus sebagai daerah penghasil jeruk terbesar yaitu sebanyak 52.561 ,00 ton pada tahun 2016. Kamang Magek merupakan salah satu Kecamatan penghasil jeruk terbesar di Kabupaten Agam. Tujuan penelitian ini (1) mendeskripsikan profil usahatani Jeruk Siam (2) menganalisa kontribusi usahatani Jeruk Siam terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey. Teknik pengambilan responden yaitu dengan purposive (sengaja). Data dianalisa secara deskriptif kualitatif untuk tujuan pertama, secara deskriptif kuantitatif untuk tujuan kedua. The purpose of this research are to analyze of household income and the prosperity grade corn farmers in the District of South Lampung regency. This research was done in Muara Putih Village, Merak Batin Village, and Krawang Sari Villag of Natar district, South Lampung regency using stratified random sampling. There were 51 corn farmers involved in this research. The result research showed that corn farmer household income as much as Rp23.791.838,24/years. The household income derived from farming and non farming of corn (on farm) was Rp20.566.348,04/years, income from nonfarm activites (off farm) was Rp707,647.06/years, and revenues from non-agriculture (nonfarm) was Rp2.517.843,14/years. Based on the BPS criteria, corn farmers household at Natar were categorized as prosperous as many as 70,59 percent and are not prosperous as many as 29,41 percent, while based on the Sajogjo criteria, corn farmers in Natar were categorized as sufficient 60,78 percent, almost poor 15,69 percent, and including decent life 23,53 percent.

This study aims to find out how efforts that can increase the income of the community through empowerment for the village community Mariah Hombang Huta Bayu Raja district. The problem of this research is to know what business needs to be done to increase people's income by utilizing spare time to increase the income of farmers and their families. Various efforts that can be done are: 1) Distributors of community production by involving the community as a social entrepreneur, 2) Empowering the community as human resources by conducting education and training, 3) Moving social action with a container of village organizations that can provide motivation for the spirit of coorporation. With the program by utilizing the Village Fund is expected to empower people in increasing revenue can be achieved and provide motivation for other villagers. Government programs in fostering village financial institutions or BUMDes will be achieved if the people of Mariah Hombang village get the support of local government of Simalungun regency in terms of capital and human resources improvement.

The purpose of this study is to analyse household income and welfare of coffee farmers. This research was conducted in two villages, i.e. Ngarip Village and Sukamaju Village in Ulu Belu Subdistrict, Tanggamus Regency. The sampling used is a systematic random sampling with total samples of 38 farmers taken proportionally from each village. This research was conducted in April-June 2017. The research method is a survey method with quantitative analysis method. The results showed that the average income of farmers is Rp37,28,118.44 per year. According to Sajogyo expenditure indicator, the welfare of farmers is in a decent enough category, and according to Statistics Bureau (BPS) 2015 indicator, farmers' welfare is in high category.
