Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional (Eq) Dan Kecerdasan Spiritual (SQ) Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan DI Pt. Narendra Dewa Yoga Kota Bengkulu

The purpose of writing this thesis is (1) To describe whether there is a significant and positive influence between emotional intelligence (EQ) variable to employee performance variable at PT. Narendra God of Yoga. (2) To describe whether there is a significant and positive influence between the variables of spiritual intelligence (SQ) on employee performance variables in PT. Narendra God of Yoga. (3) To describe whether there is a significant and positive influence between emotional intelligence (EQ) and Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) variable to employee performance variable in PT. Narendra God of Yoga. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method, furthermore, the analysis technique using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression, F test and double correlation with the help of computer program SPSS Version 16.0. The results of this study indicate that together there is a significant influence between emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual intelligence (SQ) variable to employee performance variable at PT. Narendra God of Yoga.

Pengaruh Kepribadian, Kecerdasan Emosional dan Kecerdasan Spiritual terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian adalah 208 karyawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan retail di Lampung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan alat analisis data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kecerdasan spiritual memiliki pengaruh paling besar dibandingkan kepribadian dan kecerdasan emosional. Saran penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri karyawan, senantiasa berfikir dengan baik untuk merespons setiap situasi, memiliki tenggang rasa agar dapat memahami emosi teman kerja dengan lebih baik, serta memperhatikan kemampuan karyawan mengatur rencana kerja sendiri untuk memaksimalkan pekerjaan serta selesai tepat waktu. Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional Dan Kecerdasan Spiritual Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional (EQ) dan kecerdasan spiritual (SQ) pada kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan SPSS 16.0. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan hotel se Bandar Lampung sejumlah 54 karyawan. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner kecerdasan emosional (EQ), kecerdasan spiritual (SQ), dan kinerja karyawan. Analisis data meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, koefisien determinasi, uji parsial dan uji simultan dengan analisis regresi linear berganda sebagai alat analisisnya menggunakan bantuan SPSS 16 for windows. Berdasarkan pembahasan hasil penelitian ini diperoleh simpulan bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual bersama-sama berpengaruh pada kinerja karyawan hotel se Bandar Lampung. Pengaruh Adversity Quotient Dan Spiritual Quotient Terhadap Kinerja Guru Dan Karyawan

In teaching and learning activities, the performance of teachers and employees is one of the most important factors. However, this performance problem is of course also influenced by many factors, one of which is Adversity Quotient and Spiritual Quotient. So in this study, the positive and significant influence on Adversity Quotient and Spiritual Quotient on the performance of teachers and employees at SMK Madania Sidoarjo will be tested. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental design. With a population of 20 teachers and employees at SMK Madania Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance of PT Sygma Daya Insani Lampung employees which tends to decline. The sample used in this study was 154 respondents, namely employees of PT Sygma Daya Insani Lampung. The quantitative analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses the t test (partial) to determine partially the independent variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, spiritual intelligence and workload on employee performance at University of Muhammadiyah Malang alumni class of 2007 faculty of economics and business management majors. The results showed that the work performance of employees by University of Muhammadiyah Malang alumni in the year 2007 of the Economics and Business faculties majoring in management was influenced by the spiritual intelligence of each individual, while the work environment and workload had no effect. This is due to high spiritual intelligence that will make individuals have more meaning in addressing work and things that will be received by employees in the future. Sumber daya manusia merupakan factor penting dalam organisasi, oleh karena itu organisasi harus memperoleh sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, untuk itu diperlukan proses perencanaan, perekrutan, dan pengembangan sumberdaya manusia secara berkelanjutan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual dan kecerdasan linguistik terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan D’Merlion Hotel Batam sebanyak 62 orang. Sampel penelitian 62 sampel, yang diambil dengan metode sampling jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis serta menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian bahwa kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional, dan kecerdasan linguistik secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan kecederdasan spiritual berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Hubungan Emotional Quotient, Intelectual Quotient Dan Spiritual Quotient Dengan Entrepreneur's Performance Sebuah Studi Kasus Wirausaha

This study aimed to analyze the relationship and the influence of emotional, intellectual and spiritual quotient with the entrepreneur's performance on the entrepreneurs in Yogyakarta. Pearson Product Moment Correlation and multiple regression analysis used to test the hypothesis in this study. Pearson Product Moment Correlation is used to test the relationship, F test was used to test the effect of independent variables on the entrepreneur's performance and t-test was used to test the effect partially. The results of this study indicate that the entrepreneur's performance was significantly related and influenced by emotional, intellectual and spiritual quotient simultaneously. The effect only partially occurs in emotional and intellectual quotient, while the spiritual quotient has no significant effect on the entrepreneur's performance. In fact, the intellectual quotient has the most dominant influence on the entrepreneur's performance.

Dampak Kecerdasan Intelektual Dan Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif. Sampel penelitian adalah karyawan di PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Bandung. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner melalui uji instrumen berupa uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial.

Kecerdasan Emosional Dan Kecerdasan Intelektual Pengaruhnya Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

In the planning and development related to human resources both within the company and organizations today must get the attention of the leaders of the future that will maximize employee performance at work. Where emotional intelligence and intellect is a very important factor in improving the performance of employees and facilitate the achievement of corporate goals. If emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence are good at a company will create a positive interaction for the development of human resources in a company or organization. The purpose of this study was to examine the emotional intelligence and the intellectual influence on employee performance. The research was conducted at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Main Branch Office Renon Denpasar. The sampling technique in this study using the formula Slovin, of the formula is obtained as many as 75 people. The results showed that emotional intelligence and intellect together-together (simultaneously) positive and significant influence on employee performance. Moreover, the results also revealed that emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence partial effect on employee performance.
