ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECTS OF WORK DISCIPLINE AND INDIVIDUAL CHARACTERISTICS ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE

In order to improve the performance of government agencies towards professionalism and support the creation of good public services, human resources who have work discipline and good individual character are needed. The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution given by work discipline and individual characteristics to employee performance. This research method uses a quantitative approach using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The data collection used a questionnaire and the sampling technique used a saturated sample with a total sample of 42 employees. From the research results, it can be concluded that: work discipline and individual characteristics, and employee performance are good. There is a positive influence between work discipline and individual characteristics on employee performance. Work discipline and individual characteristics have a strong relationship with employee performance. Hypothesis test results show that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and individual characteristics on employee performance.

Of the many factors that influence employee performance, this research focuses on work discipline and working environment. Lack of discipline and inadequate working environment in the company, can have an impact on the implementation of the work process becomes inefficient. This study aims to determine the influence of labor discipline and the work environment to employee performance as well as the dominant variable influence on employee performance. The population in this study is an all employees at PT Ardian Putra MandiriSidoarjo totaling 126 people. The analysis model is a linear regression. Hypothesis testing using F test and t test at 5% significance level and supported by econometric tests. Effect of Working Discipline Toward Performance: An Empirical Investigation

This research was conducted at the FIF Group Company in Riau Indonesia. The aim of this study is to determine the influence of work discipline on employee performance. The fesearchj sampled the views of every employee at the company. Data analysis was undertaken via a simple linear regression test and coefficient of determination test. The research results showed that t_count (7.782) is bigger than t_value (2.015), and we concluded that H accepted and H 0 is rejected, so there is a significant relationship between work discipline with performance. While the R 2 test of 57.9%, while 42.1% influenced by other factors are not examined in this study.

This research discusses the influence of work discipline, organizational culture and competence on employee performance in Bukit Asam, Tbk Company, Kertapati Pier Unit, South Sumatera. This type of research is associative. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bukit Asam Tbk. Kertapati Jetty Unit, South Sumatra, totalling 113 employees, and the samples taken in this study were 84 respondents with the sampling technique of proportionate stratified random sampling. The analytical method used is qualitative, which is then quantified. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t-test and coefficient of Determination. The data used in this study is primary data collected through the Kuesioner method. Data analysis techniques are performed with multiple linear regression. The Results showed that (1). there is a significant influence on work discipline (X1), organizational culture (X2) and competence (X3) on employee performance (Y) of PT. Both simultaneously and partially, Bukit Asam Tbk Company, Kertapati Pier Unit, South Sumatera. (2). The results of Multiple Linear Regression show that Work Discipline, Organizational Culture and Competence have a positive relationship direction for employee performance in Bukit Asam Tbk company, Kertapati pier unit, South Sumatera (3). The results of the coefficient of Determination of work discipline, organizational culture and competence can only contribute to changes that occur in employee performance with a significant contribution of 79.5%.

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership styles, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at Financial Education And Training Agency The research methodology used is a quantitative method with cross-section data and primary data obtained from questionnaires. Mechanical sampling uses the purposive sampling method with the data in 2019. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to test the validity, reliability test, the test model stability, linearity test, normality test, classic assumption test (test multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test) and hypothesis testing t-statistic and f-statistic to examine the effect together with a significance level of 5%.
