Kesiapan Pembelajaran Daring Tidak Berhubungan Dengan Motivasi Belajar DI Masa Pandemi COVID-19

INTRODUCTION In the midst of the chaos caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Indonesia can continue its formal education system with an online learning system. However, the online learning system as an alternative to the classroom teaching system was dismissed, considering the risk of contracting COVID-19 to students and teachers. This research aims to determine the correlation between online learning readiness and high school students learning motivation. METHODS This study was a cross-sectional study with analytical observations on high school students who were studying online with the same subject and the same teacher. 62 male and female respondents aged 15-17 were collected by consecutive random sampling. The research tools were the Online Learning Readiness Assessment (OLRA), and Situational Motivational Scale (SIMS) questionnaires filled out by the respondents. SIMS was measured using the Self-Determined Index (SDI) to determine intrinsic and extrinsic motivation categories. The results were then tested using the Pearson correlation test. RESULTS 54.8% of students were "not ready" for online learning, 30.6% were "almost prepared", 12.9% were "not suited" for online learning, and 1.6% were "ready" for online learning. There was no statistically significant difference between extrinsically motivated students (53.2%) and intrinsically motivated (46.8%). There was no correlation between online learning readiness and motivation of the students (r=-0.051, p=0.692). CONCLUSION More students are not ready for online learning. However, it is not correlated between online readiness and students' learning motivation.

Motivasi Belajar Mahasiswa Pada Pembelajaran Daring Selama Pandemik Covid-19

This study aims to explain in detail how the objective motivational conditions experienced by students in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The study was conducted at Universitas Kuningan involving 80 sixth semester students in the Elementary School Teacher Education study program. Data collection techniques used in this study were survey technique with a Likert scale. Survey was made through google form so that it was easily accessible by students. The data analysis technique used in this study was calculating the percentage of data from each indicator, interpreting the data presentation score andthen analyzing each indicator in depth. The results of this study indicated that the learning motivation of sixth semester students of the elementary school teacher education program at Universitas Kuningan was very good, in which the percentage score of motivation reached 80.27%. This study is expected to be an evaluation of various parties in organizing online learning in higher education, especially those involving motivation in it. This research is also expected to be a study material for other researchers in analyzing and developing student learning motivation in online learning during emergencies in higher education.

The Determinant Factor of Learning Motivation on High School Students' Learning Outcomes in Covid-19 Outbreak in Indonesia

During the pandemic, students are at home and learning from home online. Learning through online methods requires teachers and students to adapt and motivate themselves to live it. This study aimed to determine the determinants of learning motivation factors on high school students' achievement in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The research method was quantitative research conducted on 60 students of class XI SMA class 2 of high school in three private high schools in Surabaya, Indonesia. By selecting purposive sampling based on the researcher's inclusion criteria and the data collection using google form. Then the collected data were processed using statistical methods using the correlation approach (correlational research) and linear regression. This study was to test the hypothesis related to the correlation between learning motivation variables and learning achievement during online learning in the Covid-19 pandemic era. Based on the correlation analysis of motivation on learning achievement, the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.458 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Because with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, Ho was rejected, and H1 was accepted. There was a very significant relationship between the two variables between learning motivation and learning achievement. Meanwhile, from the coefficient value of 0.458 (in the range 0.41-0.6), it could be concluded that the correlation between learning motivation scores and learning achievement was moderate. In other words, the higher the motivation to learn, the higher the learning achievement of students. Then according to the t-test, it could be seen that the significance value of 0.000 was smaller than 0.05; it could be concluded that Ho was rejected and H1 was accepted, which meant that there was a significant influence between learning motivation and students achievement.

Hubungan Antara Motivasi Belajar Dengan Prestasi Belajar Siswa SD Kelas V Semester Ganjil DI Desa Buruan

3 } Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa SD kelas V semester ganjil di Desa Buruan Kecamatan Blahbatuh Kabupaten Gianyar Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian expost facto korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa SD kelas V semester ganjil di Desa Buruan Kecamatan Blahbatuh Kabupaten Gianyar Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014, yang terdiri atas 3 sekolah yaitu SD Negeri 1 Buruan, SD Negeri 2 Buruan, dan SD Negeri 3 Buruan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proposional random sampling, jumlah sampelnya 103. Data diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan pencatatan dokumen. Data motivasi belajar dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan data prestasi belajar dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan pencatatan dokumen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis statistik deskkriptif. Uji Hipotesis Penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik statistik yaitu regresi sederhana dan product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa antara motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa diperoleh nilai r hitung lebih besar daripada r tabel , yang berarti memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan. Sedangkan kontribusi motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 29,92%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang positif antara motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa. Adapun hubungan dalam penelitian ini dapat dilihat berdasarkan aspek-aspek dari motivasi yaitu, perhatian, kemauan, ketekunan, kesadaran, dan dorongan-dorongan dari orang-orang sekitarnya atau lingkungannya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat ditarik simpulan yaitu terdapat hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa SD kelas V semester ganjil di desa Buruan kecamatan Blahbatuh kabupaten Gianyar Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014.

The Covid-19 pandemic that hit the entire world in 2020 has caused paralysis of economic activity and changes in the world of education. Teaching and learning activities can only be done in a virtual way that requires adequate facilities and communication technology networks. Meanwhile, on the other hand, economic life has decreased. This study aims to determine the effect of family economic resilience and learning facilities on students' learning motivation during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data collection method was by distributing questionnaires randomly to 30 students in one of the private vocational schools in Jakarta. Data analysis using multiple regression. Based on the hypothesis test, the results of the family economic resilience variable have a negative or no effect on students' learning motivation during the pandemic, but from the regression equation, family economic resilience has an inverse relationship with learning motivation. This means that when the family's economic resilience is low, the motivation to learn is high and vice versa. While learning facilities have a significant effect on learning motivation during a pandemic, and from the regression equation it has a direct relationship with learning motivation. This means that when the learning facilities are adequate, the motivation to learn is also high. Meanwhile, together, the variables of family economic resilience and learning facilities significantly affect students' learning motivation during the covid-19 pandemic.

Pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia menunjukkan kontraksi yang cukup tajam dengan adanya pandemi COVID-19. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kondisi perekonomian adalah dengan penciptaan sejumlah wirausahawan baru di berbagai lapisan masyarakat, di antaranya para aparat pemerintahan Kelurahan Bitung Karangria di Kota Manado dan mahasiswa/mahasiswi Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Katolik De La Salle Manado. Untuk itu, perlu adanya suatu kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, dalam hal ini dalam bentuk penyuluhan, yang dapat menumbuhkan motivasi berwirausaha. Penyuluhan ini difokuskan pada memberikan pengetahuan tentang motivasi dan dampak ekonomi bagi keluarga dan masyarakat sekitar. Pada kegiatan ini, tim pelaksana memaparkan keuntungan dan risiko berwirausaha serta mengenai penggunaan media sosial sebagai media promosi serta pentingnya kesetaraan gender dan pemberdayaan perempuan dalam dunia kewirausahaan. Mahasiswa juga diberikan kesempatan untuk mempresentasikan rencana usaha yang telah mereka lakukan dan berdiskusi dengan peserta yang lain untuk menentukan berbagai langkah kerjasama dan pengembangan produk. Dari pengisian kuesioner terlihat bahwa tiga motivasi ekonomi yang paling dominan adalah untuk mencukupi kebutuhan keluarga, menabung demi masa depan, dan kemandirian finansial.

Keterkaitan Gaya Belajar Visual Auditori Kinestetik (Vak) Dengan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Pada Masa Pandemi Covid 19 (Survei DI SMK Karya Bahana Mandiri Bekasi)

The Covid-19 period is a difficult time where the education is also one of many areas that got most impacted. The teaching and learning process now need to be changed drastically and affecting the motivation of learner. This research's objective is to find out the effect of VAK's (Visual Auditory Kinesthetic) learning style on students' motivation when learning in this Covid 19 pandemic. The research approach was quantitative with a survey method. The research was held at SMK Karya Bahana Mandiri, Bekasi, starting from October 2021-January 2022, and collecting the data through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The population was 67 students with simple random sampling technique. The outcome of simple linear regression analysis is Y = 44.48 + 0.46 X. Then, correlation of coefficient value is 0.44, it means a moderate relation between VAK learning styles and students' learning motivation happened. Value of the coefficient of determination is 19.36%, it means that Visual Auditory Kinesthetic (VAK) learning style variable contributes to learning motivation by 19.36%, while the influence of other factors is not examined. For results of the hypothesis shown that the value of tcount > ttable is 4.9497 > 1.9971, that means there is a direct effect VAK learning style on students' learning motivation in this pandemic (a survey at SMK Karya Bahana Mandiri, Bekasi). The conclusions with the test of simple regression line analysis, correlation of coefficient test, test of coefficient determination, and hypothetical test are showing same effect of VAK studying Style on Student's Learning Motivation in this Covid 19 Pandemic.
