2020
This research was conducted to determine the effect of taxes, Sukuk, grants, inflation, foreign debt, total financing, and the network of Islamic bank offices on Indonesia's economic growth. Research data for each variable is monthly from 2009-2018. Data analysis variables use Error Correction Model (ECM) Test and Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity (ARCH) Test with Eviews ver.10. The results showed that in the short and long term, variables taxes, Sukuk, inflation, foreign debt, total financing, and office networks of Islamic banks) affected the Indonesian economic growth. At the same time, grants have no significant effect on economic growth. For variable predictions in the next year (2019), only economic growth, grants, inflation, foreign debt, and network of Islamic bank offices can be predicted. Meanwhile, taxes, Sukuk, and total financing cannot be identified in 2019 because the variables are not significant in the ARCH analysis, so future values cannot be diagno...

This study aims to analyze the effect of Islamic bank financing, government spending, and investment on economic growth in Indonesia from 2003 to 2019. A quantitative descriptive methodusing the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) analysis was applied. The results showed that in the short term, the variables of Islamic bank financing, government spending, and investment did not have a significant effect on economic growth. This shows that these variables require enough time to affect the economic growth. However in the long term, the results showed that Islamic bank financing and investment respectively have a significant, negative effect on economic growth, while government spending has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia.JEL Classification: F22, F24, I32, J01, O15How to Cite:Nofrianto, Muliana, Y., & Cahyadi, A. Meanwhile industrial sector in Islamic banking does not have a significant effect on economic growth. An increase in industrial sector financing by 1 percent is able to reduce GDP by 0.46940 percent. Conclusion: This estimation shows R-Square value is 98 percent influenced by variable financing in the agricultural sector, mining sector, industrial sector, electricity sector, gas and water and the construction sector, while the remaining 2 percent is influenced by other variables outside the model. The agriculture, mining, electricity, gas & water and construction sectors have a positive influence on economic growth. Meanwhile, the industrial sector has a negative influence on economic growth.

Economic growth is the process of changing the economic condition of a country that continuously leads to a better condition in a certain period. The analysis method used is multiple regression with available time series data. The results of the study, simultaneously, from the financial variables and social variables mentioned above, affect economic growth. However, there are 2 (two) insignificant partial by variables, namely the creative industry and foreign direct investment. Thus, the level of education, population growth and wages are significant to economic growth, these three factors require special attention from policy makers, especially the issue of education level, population growth and wages, so that economic growth continues to increase as expected.
