Operation of a company can not do without adequate production resources, and people with their abilities, are one of those resources, which are called human resource. Human resources are very important for the company for two reasons. Humans affect the economic viability of the firm. They create and produce goods and services, quality control, place the products, manage finances and determine the overall strategy and objectives of the firm.
