BUMDES is a village business institution managed by the community and village government to strengthen the village economy and build community social cohesion based on the needs and potential of the village. The Jatisura village government has established the Surakarya BUMDES as an institution for the welfare of the community's economy. It follows the role of the Surakarya BUMDES in empowering the community in Jatisura village. Surakarya BUMDES is a business entity whose entire or most of the capital is owned by the village through direct participation in village wealth, assets, services, and for the greatest prosperity of the village people. The problems in this study are 1) how is the role of the Surakarya BUMDES in empowering the community through processed mango fruit crafts in Jatisura village, Cikedung sub-district, Indramayu District. 2) How is the community empowerment model through Surakarya BUMDES in Jatisura village, Cikedung sub-district, Indramayu District. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the role of Surakarya BUMDES in community empowerment is 1) Development and development of the economic potential and capacity of the community, 2) active efforts to improve the quality of human and community life, 3) supporting the community in realizing and developing the economy of rural communities, 4) and Helping the community to increase their income. The empowerment model carried out by the Surakarya BUMDES in Jatisura village uses a community development and participatory model. The community development model exists in the Bumdes of Jatisura village by developing the potential of natural resources to be processed into processed mangoes. BUMDes lahir sebagai pendekatan baru dalam usaha peningkatan ekonomi desa berdasarkan kebutuhan dan potensi desa. Desa Sukaratu Kecamatan Cikeusal Kabupaten Serang telah mempunyai BUMDes dan juga memiliki potensi besar dalam sektor pariwisata. Namun sampai saat ini belum tergali dan dikembangkan secara maksimal. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan BUMDes dalam penguatan ekonomi Desa Sukaratu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah desktiptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, pengamatan langsung dan pengumpulan data sekunder lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan BUMDes Ratu Harapan berperan dalam peningkatan kreativitas, inovasi dan variasi usaha BUMDes yang berbasis pada pengelolaan potensi desa di sektor wisata sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan peluang pasar. This study examined the effectiveness of "Abbulogading" Village Enterprises (BUMDes) in 2018 in Bulogading Village, Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the management of village-owned enterprises in increasing community independence and strengthening the village economy. This study used Purpuporsive Sampling technique with the number of informants as many as 5 people through decision studies and field studies consisting of documentation interviews and observations then analyzed qualitatively The Results of this study showed that the presence of BUMDes in the village of Bulogading could help and increase productivity in the form of profits in 2018, aspects of the efficiency of the use of organizational resources for the development of BUMDes seen from cooperation between members, aspects of satisfaction in the form of meeting the needs of employees / administrators in managing BUMDes, aspects of adaptation included employee / management responses, to know how effective the BUMDes itself and community responses about the presence of BUMDes in serving the needs of the community and the survival aspects of the Bulogading village community.

Desa Gedongarum menjadi salah satu desa di Indonesia yang menerima program bantuan sosial dari pemerintah selama pandemi Covid-19. dalam penulisan ini yang menjadi fokus penelitian adalah 2 bentuk bantuan tunai yakni BST dan BLTDana-Desa. kedua bantuan tersebut berjalan selama 3 bulan terhitung dari mei hingga juni sebesar Rp. 600.000., setelah melakukan wawancara dan observasi langsung di desa gedongarum dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pelaksaan keuda jenis bantuan sosial tersebut masih belum efektif jika dilihat dari saaran yang menerima bantuan. terdapat bebrapa warga di desa gedongarum yang merasa bahwa ia berhak mendapatkan dan sangat membutuhkan bantuan tersebut akan tetapi tidak mendapatkannya. kejadian tersebut menimbulkan kecemburuan sosial antar warga di desa Gedongarum. ketidaktepatan sasaran tersebut dikarenakan tidak adanya pembaharuan data ketika proses pelaksanaan bantuan sosial ini. akan tetapi, disamping itu jika dilihat dari segi waktu tidak ada keterlembatan pembag...

Kemandirian desa merupakan kondisi sebuah desa maju yang memiliki kemampuan melakukan pembangunan desa untuk peningkatan kualitas hidup dan sebesar-besarnya kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Permasalahan yang dihadapi pada desa di Kecamatan Cigasong adalah kurangnya kinerja pemerintah desa dan pengelola BUMDes dalam hal mengembangkan potensi yang ada di desa. The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) in Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency; (2) to describe the Community Welfare in Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency; (3) to determine the influence of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) on Community Welfare in Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency. The population in this study were residents or community members who were members of the Bansdes Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency, amounting to 75 people. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis techniques in this study are quantitative descriptive analysis, simple regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t test).
