ABSTRAK Dalam hal ini penulis akan membahas tentang perancangan interior kantor pada perusahaan W Design. Masalah utama penulis mengangkat judul ini adalah dalam perancangan interior kantor W Design karyawan mengalami jenuh dan stress pada saat bekerja, suasana ruangan yang terlalu monoton atau tidak kondusif membuat karyawan jenuh dalam bekerja, selain itu layout yang belum sesuai alur kerja, kebutuhan penyimpanan berkas, pengembangan kantor dan elemen estetika. Tujuan perancangan interior ini yaitu untuk menciptakan efisiensi penggunaan ruang berupa peletakan layout furnitur, alur serta sirkulasi pada luasan kantor yang terbatas, menciptakan ruangan kantor yang memiliki kualitas yang baik, sehingga memberikan kenyamanan terhadap karyawan di perusahaan W Design, dan menciptakan sebuah desain yang dapat merepresentasikan identitas atau image dari perusahaan. Penggalian data desain dilakukan dengan cara memberi kuesioner, wawancara dan pengamatan lapangan langsung. Gaya Industrial pada dasarnya menggunakan kaca, besi, kayu, yang biasanya material ini digunakan untuk perancangan interior kantor W Design. Sedangkan gaya Minimalis digunakan untuk memaksimalkan lahan yang tidak terlalu luas agar terlihat lebih fungsional. Pengaplikasian konsep Industrial Minimalis ke dalam ruang interior Kantor W Design akan memunculkan suasana yang mewakili pada image kantor tersebut dan memberikan kesan yang nyaman, homey, simple dan modern bagi para pekerja, serta untuk menarik perhatian klien. ABSTRACT In this case the author will discuss the interior design of the office in the W Design company. The main problem the writer raised this title is in the interior design of the office W Design employees experience boredom and stress at work, the atmosphere of the room is too monotonous or not conducive to making employees bored at work, in addition to layouts that do not fit the workflow, file storage needs, development office and aesthetic elements. The purpose of this interior design is to create efficient use of space in the form of laying furniture layouts, grooves and circulation in a limited office area, creating office space that has good quality, so as to provide comfort to employees in the company W Design, and create a design that can represent identity or image of the company. Design data collection is done by giving questionnaires, interviews and direct field observations. Industrial style basically uses glass, iron, wood, which is usually used for the W interior design office. Whereas Minimalist style is used to maximize land that is not too broad to make it look more functional. The application of the Industrial Minimalist concept into the interior space of the W Design Office will bring an atmosphere that represents the image of the office and gives a comfortable, homey, simple and modern impression to the workers, as well as to attract the attention of clients.
