Abstract
For every engineer, Technician or mechanic, however complex your task could get so long as you got a manual, chances are 97.8% you are likely to provide the right solution and a better analysis of the system.
This manual however it is not limited to HVACR fields only, any individual or a consumer and the end user of Mechanical and electrical machines needs this manual which encircles all challenges, faults encountered with motors, compressors, power, circuits, sensors, the supposed causes and possible definite solution to the very problem.
Need I have to say more than this, you can never find the best teacher without knowledge and the experience in a given field, and challenges addressed here are real time daily activities for Technicians sent out in the field.
Chances are many of us solve problems but do not have reasons as to why a certain system is behaving this way, as we encounter these challenges its always better to pen down the behavior and the possible tests that can solve the problem forever. This manual wouldn’t have come through if the challenges were never written down.
This manual here is not entirely individual experiences but also consultations from designers, engineers, mechanics, and end users feedback about the units operation. For most young Technicians and Engineers in the field this elevates you to a level of a complete Technician understanding what you do.
For researchers and readers, this is not the end of the observations, you aren’t limited to identifying the gaps and researching further than this, it only encircles Troubleshooting split air-conditioning systems, with several components that can be integrated and applied in other related fields.
It will be better and a good progress if the gaps on refrigerant handling and research on how that can be effected in the African continent. In my daily fields operations there’s a challenge however much people are aware on the dangers of leaking gas to the atmosphere, some incidences seem inevitable with the African people, my only question is will certification of practitioners improve or reduce the vice?, as the HVACR field exponentially expands in the country and on African continent, how best are we putting in the consideration that the environment will be affected by so many other variables on our hands. I relay this to the rest of readers and those interested in making the earth a better place to live than advocating to board a shuttle to Mars.
Let’s do this…..
