The present project is designed according to the socio-critical stance with a contrast in political-cultural approach taking Erick Torrico's dominant ideologies as the main study focus. This one within its results seeks to highlight the main characteristics of a job in a company of Multilevel character and a work called "conventional".
Within this, the current labor reality of the country is analyzed, that is, elements to be taken into account, such as laboral exploitation, definition of schedules, labor policies, economic income, family relations according to the labor area, wage discounts, others. Currently, our country is going through a stage of labor crisis that mainly affects young people and adults.
It has been recognized that a professional title does not ensure the labor and therefore economic stability of the workers, giving rise to the different forms of exploitation, submission and mass unemployment. Companies no longer reinforce their areas with human resources, if not with technological resources.
As a result of this, different companies have been established that market their products using a Multilevel Marketing strategy, ensuring good income to their workers, improvement in their quality of life and without requiring social status, gender or profession. However, different complaints have been generated to the bad compensation, not the commercialization of the products and even scams to the people who are part of these work areas.
This is why the present investigation is carried out around the general objective that seeks to highlight the policies of the multilevel companies in relation to the labor rights of their operative workers in contrast to a work in a conventional company from an approach of the dominant Ideologies proposed by Erick Torrico. As a first research point, three areas to be developed were defined within the specific objectives.
In the first, the advantages and disadvantages for the worker, with respect to their employment in a multilevel industry and work of a conventional nature, will be specified. With this, it will be determined from a first scope the benefits proposed by each labor industry highlighting the most important points: economic income, working hours, salary discounts and the level of job opportunity.
Subsequently, the personal ideological position of the workers corresponding to their work environment will be established to define their preference for said labor industries. Also, consolidate what was stated in the development of the first point.
To make a contrast with labor policies, it will be identified if there are labor violations (or not) within the policies of the International Sion and Prodem bank in contrast to the general labor law of Bolivia. With this, it seeks to define and specify research highlighting the advantages and disadvantages for workers in these two different job opportunities.
The research seeks to persuade and guide young people and adults with or without a profession seeking a work area. The generation of economic income is fundamental in our society, but will there be a fair retribution to the effort and schedules required? Which of these two employment sectors has the greatest benefit
