In universities and other educational institutions, the preparation of course schedules, the making of examination schedules, scheduling studies for assignments for examinations and lectures are carried out. Studies are being done in many businesses for the balanced distribution of tasks among staff. In this study, it was aimed to equip all examiners working at Kırıkkale University Engineering Faculty in a balanced and fair manner in the midterm and final week examinations and to prepare an appointment schedule in the framework of the rules that the university wants. In the study, 741 assignments were made for 36 research assistants working in 7 different departments, taking into consideration 5 different time zones within the scope of 9 day examination period.For assignments, the sections to which the delegates are attached are primarily assigned and the special requests of the delegates are also taken into consideration. The goal programming method is used for the assignment.

Universitelerde ve diger egitim kurumlarinda ders programlarinin hazirlanmasi, sinav programlarinin yapilmasi, sinav ve derslere gorevli atamasi icin cizelgeleme calismalari yapilmaktadir. Gorevlilerin dengeli gorev dagilimi icin bircok isletmede calismalar yapilmaktadir. Bu calismada da Kirikkale Universitesi Muhendislik Fakultesinde calisan butun arastirma gorevlilerinin vize ve final haftasindaki sinav gozetmenliklerinin dengeli ve adaletli bir sekilde atamak ve universitenin istedigi kurallar cercevesinde bir atama cizelgesini hazirlamak amaclanmistir. Calismada, 7 farkli bolumde calisan 36 arastirma gorevlisi icin, 9 gunluk sinav periyodu kapsaminda, 5 farkli saat dilimi goz onune alinarak 741 sinava atama yapilmistir. Atamalar icin gorevlilerin bagli oldugu bolumler oncelikle atanmasi saglanmistir ve gorevlilerin ozel istekleri de dikkate alinmistir. Gorevli atamasi icin hedef programlama yontemi kullanilmistir.

La existencia de elementos urbanos que facilitan el uso de las calles, conocidos como mobiliario urbano, es relativamente reciente y se origina principalmente en el siglo XIX a partir de la utilización de sistemas de fabricación en serie durante la industrialización. Fueron los proyectos urbanos llevaos a cabo por Haussman en el Paris de Napoleón III, los que proyectaron una gran cantidad de objetos relativamente pequeños que servirían para da confort a las calles: luminarias, bancos, soportes publicitarios, sanitarios públicos, lementos de señalización, jardineras que se fabricaron en hierro fundido. Estos elementos se colocaron en las calles, boulevares y jardines de Paris, pero rápidamente se extendió su uso a las principales capitales del mundo, imprimiendo una imagen homogénea a las ciudades del siglo XIX. El mobiliario urbano tiene su origen en los jardines, es decir, en el mobiliario para uso al aire libre. El artículo recoge algunos datos de la evolución del mobiliario urbano desde los jardines en diferentes épocas históricas, pero principalmente en el siglo XIX.

El mobiliario urbano ha comenzado a ser objeto de estudio de forma muy reciente, apenas tratado antes dentro del conglomerado del diseño industrial, la atención que se le ha prestado de forma más profunda ha sido escasa y solamente hacia la última década del siglo XX empezaron a formarse grupos de investigadores interesados en formar un cuerpo de estudio específico alrededor del tema. Se trata de objetos que sirven para dar confort y apoyo a la habitabilidad del espacio público en las ciudades y han existido desde el inicio de la vida urbana, ya sea de manera casual o sistemática. A pesar de su función hoy imprescindible en los espacios urbanos, la práctica proyectual le presta poca atención, dejando su elección y colocación al final de una larga lista de otras consideraciones y conformándose con garantizar mínimos de colocación, funcionalidad, ergonomía, resistencia de materiales o uso, cuando no anteponiendo a esos criterios la economía, buscando los elementos menos costosos al ser una parte residual de los proyectos. El tema que presenta este capítulo estudia específicamente la inserción de mobiliario urbano en las ciudades de valor histórico monumental, que tampoco ocupa necesariamente un lugar relevante en el ámbito de los proyectos de recuperación de los centros históricos y en muy pocas ocasiones se logra involucrar suficientemente a proyectistas y gestores para la búsqueda de soluciones adecuadas en los conjuntos urbanos del pasado.
Abstract: Urban furniture has only recently become an object of study, having been barely discussed before within the industrial design conglomerate. Little attention has been paid to it in more depth, and only towards the last decade of the 20th century did groups of researchers interested in creating a specific body of study around the subject begin to form. These are objects that serve to provide comfort and support for the habitability of public spaces in cities and have existed since the beginning of urban life, whether casually or systematically. Despite its essential function in urban spaces today, design practice pays little attention to it, leaving its choice and placement at the end of a long list of other considerations and settling for guaranteeing minimum placement, functionality, ergonomics, resistance of materials or use, when not putting economy before these criteria, seeking the least expensive elements as they are a residual part of the projects. The topic presented in this chapter specifically studies the insertion of urban furniture in cities with historical monumental value, which does not necessarily occupy a relevant place in the field of recovery projects for historic centres and on very few occasions is it possible to sufficiently involve designers and managers in the search for adequate solutions in urban complexes of the past.

This article explores the transformative potential of urban furniture for enhancing public spaces through a Social Design approach implemented in the Viennese pilot project Re-Sourcing Commons, which integrates principles of community involvement and circular economy in the design of public spaces. Focused on the redesign of Fritzi-Massary-Park in Vienna’s second district, the project, led by Social Design Studio – a department located at the University of Applied Arts Vienna –, engaged local residents to enhance social infrastructure, recreational quality, and accessibility across diverse age groups, with a particular focus on youths and the elderly. Central to its approach is the systematic reduction and the repurposing of materials sourced from municipal stocks and landfills, such as discarded standard park benches, to minimise urban waste and promote sustainable public space design.

Objets ordinaires de la rue, les divers éléments de mobilier urbain ont été peu considérés par les historiens, alors qu’ils contribuent à transformer les paysages et les usages des espaces publics. Cet article vise à explorer les temporalités et les facteurs de l’intégration du mobilier urbain aux poli-tiques d’aménagement d’espaces publics. Des premiers conflits autour de la publicité en site protégé aux protestations de riverains contre l’encombrement, la privatisation de l’espace ou leur esthétique standardi-sée, l’intégration de ces éléments au paysage des rues s’est aussi opérée par ces conflits, dont certains ont conduit à des améliorations techniques. Ces réflexions s’appuient sur l’exploitation d’archives des services de voirie et de gestion des espaces publics de la ville de Lyon, pionnière en matière de politiques d’implantation de mobilier urbain au XXe siècle.

Research on urban transport and mobility through everyday practices has generated new theoretical and methodological approaches to achieve more sustainable urban morphologies. This paper focuses on the characterization of the process of urban (re)qualification through the binomial of public space–public transport, based on the analysis of Trambesòs tramway in Barcelona, from 2004 to the present. This methodology consisted of an exploratory morphological analysis that identified patterns derived from punctual interventions, articulation axes, and saturation pieces in the urban fabric. The results revealed three main morphological patterns: the configuration of a particular character in each public space intervention associated with the tramway, the morphological improve- ment and dynamization of the urban fabric, and the transformation of the city’s image through the standardization of accessibility conditions, a key social sustainability indicator. In the discussion, the results are triangulated with the concepts of urban morphology and social processes and compared with quantitative studies, which can serve as a foundation for further in-depth research. In conclusion, the tramway has facilitated a transition from urban discontinuity and segregation to continuity and cohesion, highlighting the impact of the public space–public transport binomial on more sustainable urban morphologies. This contributes to how urban morphological analysis provides new approaches to understanding public transport as an extension of public space and support for urban habitability.

Attention to the care and design of urban public spaces is a key factor when considering the quality of urban life. Parks and squares are spaces dedicated for everybody's use and enjoyment, although some people, depending on their age or available free time, are prominent users of such spaces. This is the case for the elderly. On the other hand, the integration of the users from the point of view of the so-called prospective design (Vinyets, 2000) in the latest trends of design projects, can be translated to environmental design in this case, since, although it is an approach seldom explored, it offers a wide potential for application in the improvement of the collective environment. Interrelating both aspects: collective spaces-prospective design, a study has been developed aimed at learning about a specific group of users, the elderly, through their interaction with one of the public spaces they frequent most, the park. The experiment carried out in different parks and squares of the city of Castellon allowed for the securing of quantitative and qualitative data concerning the use and frequency with which this group makes use of these places, the characteristics that elderly people value most, which therefore, leads to an increase in their satisfaction and enjoyment of this type of environment

Proposta: Esse artigo discute a importância da abordagem da percepção ambiental para que o projeto e a implantação do mobiliário urbano sejam mais qualificados. Ao considerar que a qualidade do projeto e do desempenho dos espaços públicos dependem do atendimento das necessidades dos usuários, torna-se importante estudar como os usuários percebem o mobiliário urbano. Método de pesquisa/Abordagens: A discussão aborda questões relacionadas às necessidades estéticas e funcionais por parte dos usuários dos espaços urbanos. Quanto à estética, são discutidos aspectos tais como ordem e complexidade. Ainda, são abordadas questões relativas aos quesitos funcionais do mobiliário urbano e seus impactos na utilização dos espaços públicos. Resultados: espera-se contribuir para a discussão sobre a importância do projeto e localização do mobiliário urbano em satisfazer as necessidades de seus usuários. Resumen Esta investigación tiene como fin analizar el marco en el que se desarrolla el fenómeno "botellón" en el transcurso del ocio nocturno juvenil en la ciudad de Madrid. Dicho fenómeno se está investigando desde diferentes perspectivas (psicología, sociología, salud, educación…), sin embargo carece de una suficiente profundización desde las disciplinas dedicadas al medio ambiente si pensamos en las afecciones que genera en el medio urbano. El objetivo es analizar las diferentes variables que confluyen en la práctica del "botellón" y sus interrelaciones. Con este fin se han utilizado técnicas e instrumentos cualitativos dentro del paradigma interpretativo para la recogida y análisis de datos (talleres, cuestionarios y entrevistas). Los resultados intentan describir el fenómeno "botellón", para así poder identificar sus posibles medidas de prevención y control. Palabras clave: fenómeno "botellón", espacio público, impactos socio-ambientales, jóvenes.

İnsanlar hayatlarını devam ettirmek için enerjiye ihtiyaç duyarlar. İnsanoğlu 21. yy. 'da artan nüfus ve buna bağlı olarak enerji ihtiyacı problemiyle yüz yüze gelmiştir. Bunlardan biri enerji kaynaklarının azalması diğeri ise fosil bazlı enerji kaynaklarının çevreyi kirletmesidir. Bu problemlerin çözüm noktasında her alanda enerji harcamalarını azaltan ve çevreye zarar vermeyen planlamalar ve tasarımlar yapmak gerekmektedir. Bu noktada tasarımlarda yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarından faydalanmak sorunların çözümünde önemli bir yardımcıdır. Yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarının mevcut hayatımıza entegrasyonu kentsel ölçekten ürün ölçeğine kadar birçok alanda gerçekleşebilir. Bu bildiri kapsamında kent mobilyalarına yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarının entegrasyonu ele alınmıştır. Kent mobilyalarının tasarımında ve yenilebilir enerji kaynaklarının mobilyalarla bütünleşmesinde dikkat edilmesi gereken hususlar irdelenmiştir. Yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklarının (güneş enerjisi, rüzgâr enerjisi vb.) kent mobilyalarına entegre edilmesiyle kendi kendine yeten ürünlerin ortaya çıkması, enerji tüketimi problemine bir noktada çözüm getirmektedir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda çalışmada; enerji tüketiminden tasarruf sağlamış, yenilenebilir enerji ile desteklenmiş Dünyadan ve Türkiye'den sürdürülebilir kent mobilyaları örneklerini incelenmiştir.

Recreational areas are designed to promote physical activities as well as provide opportunities for relaxation. Recreational open spaces improve the long-term environmental and social sustainability of cities. These areas offer natural beauty in and around cities while sustaining the environmental equilibrium of city life. They also serve as a socialization hub for people to make contact with each other. They can also be promoting areas for sustainability. Introducing the use of technology in public areas will promote its use in daily life also. One area of technological advances that needs to be promoted for establishing sustainable communities is the integration of renewable energy resources for our daily needs. This study focuses on difficulties and strategies for the integration of renewable energy in recreational areas and evaluates a recreational open space; i.e. Adalet Park in Konya in terms of possible applications of renewable energy sources. Since solar energy potential is high in Konya PV integration is the best option for the area. On the other hand, wind power is not sufficient for producing energy with wind turbines, hence, wind belts and small scale wind mills can be integrated into the park furniture. To this end, the design of various urban furniture with integrated renewable energy systems was prepared for the Karatay Adalet Park in Konya; and the amount of energy that can thus be produced was determined. According to calculations using wind and solar data and a software, it is possible to produce 50 MWh/a of electrical energy with these installations.

Context is an external component that indicates the conditions surrounding a project site. The study shows the importance of architectural context for the architectural studio, where the study focuses on the results of students' work in Architectural design studio IV at the third year of architectural study, to explore students' abilities in how to link the concept with the site context. The studio centers studies in the classroom in the 2019-2020 Spring semester, where due to pandemics all around the world, the online lectures continued digital platforms and homely. The research methodology is geared towards collecting 9 students 'work in the assigned studio, to explore their abilities in how to create the bond between their concept and the context, to see, what is the impact of the pandemic? The study aims to highlight the impact of context on the concept in future architectural education.

Green public procurement (GPP) aims to integrate environmental criteria into public tender as instrument to develop and encourage production and consumption of sustainable products and services. Inclusion of award criteria in GPP is a key factor of its success. To this aim, a new method for assessing environmental award criteria in GPP processes is introduced in this study, providing easy and effective communication of the environmental benefits of the products and services purchased. The method is intended for its use by public authorities and companies. The main novelty of the method lies in its ability to evaluate the achievement of each award criterion during the GPP process using a simplified life cycle assessment methodology and a further simplification of the environmental indicators in one score using TOPSIS. This method is applied to public procurement of urban furniture as a case study. Highlights  A method based on LCA and TOPSIS is presented to evaluate award criteria.  Environmental benefits are easily and effectively communicated.  The method is applied to the green public procurement of urban furniture.  Compulsory and award criteria for urban furniture are defined.

Urban open spaces, where social and cultural needs are met, offer many opportunities for individuals' daily lives. At the same time, urban open spaces are an important component in the formation of urban identity. Urban open spaces have an impact on the city's image and help in the recognition of the city. Urban furniture within urban open spaces, defined as parks, squares, streets, etc., is designed to meet users' needs for rest, entertainment, transportation, and so on. Urban furniture integrates with the spaces they are located in and becomes a part of the city. Urban furniture also emphasizes the urban identity. Starting from the relationship between urban furniture and urban identity, an attempt has been made to determine the relationship between urban furniture in Sazova, Hamamyolu Urban Desk, and Kent Park and urban identity. In this context, evaluation headings have been determined for the evaluation of urban furniture in the selected areas within the context of urban identity. Through on-site observations, photographs of urban furniture in these areas were obtained and categorized. The evaluation headings identified as symbolic value, design, functionality and location, social cohesion were used to assess the urban furniture in these areas in terms of city identity. The study concluded that the urban furniture in Kent Park, Sazova, Hamamyolu Urban Desk has a positive impact on city identity.

Resumen La contaminación visual tiene un importante peso a la hora de determinar la calidad del paisaje urbano y la imagen y reputación de las ciudades. En este contexto, cabe destacar que una de las mayores fuentes de contaminación visual de la ciudad es la publicidad exterior. Por ello, y en busca de un modelo de ciudad sostenible, es necesario implementar en los espacios urbanos una comunicación publicitaria que logre construir sinergias positivas y reducir dicha contaminación. En esta investigación se pretende determinar las características, rasgos y pautas de una publicidad exterior sostenible que logre integrarse sin generar contaminación visual y efectos negativos para la urbe respetando su arquitectura, su diseño y su morfología. Así, se busca que sea capaz de aportar beneficios a los habitantes y al paisaje urbano generando un valor compartido entre la empresa que desarrolla dicha actividad publicitaria y el espacio urbano donde esta se sitúa.

Smart cities aim to adapt the living conditions in the best way by using human and technology factors, which are among their basic components. At this point, the components of smart cities show some changes according to the economic, social and cultural values of the countries, and the investments made in these components reveal new city versions. Improving sustainable design thinking and social innovation requires collaborative studies via policy-making process and related applications. Local governments, designers and stakeholders need to focus on how to create a new way of thinking for smart and sustainable solutions for cities. This study presents an environmentally sensitive design proposal that uses smart energy technologies for integrating renewable energy alternatives into smart lighting system for promoting circular economy and increasing sustainability in public areas. Using renewable energy technologies not only adds value to the identity of these cities but also increases public awareness among users. For this purpose, a smart lighting design that generates electrical energy with kinetic flooring is designed and presented for usage in Çorlu Cumhuriyet Park. Çorlu has a strategic location and investment targets. It also has a high potential to become a smart city that can stand out on smart energy in Turkey, which is supported by the Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy Agreement signed in 2019. The designed smart lighting aims to integrate renewable energy into city furniture and increase environmental awareness by presenting citizens' instant contribution to the renewable energy production in their daily activity.

MILD SPRING DAY, 1988. IN THE WORDS OF ERIK SATIE, IT WAS 'VERY NINE O'CLOCK IN the morning'. A convoy of trucks pulled up outside the performance space in the centre of Adelaide and a team of removalists began pushing twenty pianos on trolleys. The pianos were placed in locations marked on the floor to form a spiral; the removalists and trucks departed. The explanation for this unusual event, which had the aura of a ritual procession, emerged in the afternoon when twenty pianists sat down to perform 4'33". The conductor, standing on a podium at the centre of the spiral dressed in white tie and tails, indicated the beginnings and ends of the work's three movements by moving his arms in a circular fashion like the hands of a clock, using the method described by Cage in the conductor's part of Concert for Piano and Orchestra. The assembled pianists obediently closed and opened the lids of the pianos on cue. The audience's reactions were only detectable by the sounds they made. There was some restless shuffling of feet, a few coughs, occasional chuckles, guffaws and nervous titters; but mostly the audience sat immobile and in silence. There was no way of knowing whether they were wholly absorbed in the experience, or their minds were wandering to thoughts of what they going to have for dinner, or they were intimidated by the etiquette of concert-going that replaces 'you have the right to remain silent' with 'you must remain silent'. No mobile phones rang; they had not yet become the scourge of concert halls. Someone said afterwards: 'The silence was deafening'. 1

Contemporary city, place of social identity and historical memory, is cyclically affected by the presence of construction sites that hinder the usual physical and perceptive fruition of its public spaces and monuments. The necessity is to use these places of transformation as places of experimentation and spread of knowledge, producing a new image of the city and its monuments in order to allow the transmission of the meaning and value of the transforming physical space toward the future. The research work focuses on these issues and here we present some critical insights. The feasible answers are part of valorization plans, construction solutions and design guidelines, which aim to promote a transformation process, that can really be defined “sustainable” by exploiting communication strategies, which transform a traditional construction site in a “construction site of knowledge”. status. Urban furniture; They are design element that provides solutions to users' needs in their lives, making urban
life more meaningful and fun, and providing urban comfort and visual aesthetics. They are elements that have an
important role in creating urban identity. They make positive contributions to social life. The relationship that
urban furniture establishes between the city and people is important. They are urban elements that depend on the
purpose of use and have unlimited design power according to their usage area and functions, visually increasing the
quality of cities and making the space indispensable. Materials such as steel, wood, stone, concrete, plastic, and glass
are most preferred in urban furniture. Elements such as colour, texture, and balance in material selection facilitate
the perception of the space. The use of ceramics has an impact on human psychology by evoking imagination,
creativity, and a feeling of solidity. When it comes to ceramics, the first things that come to mind are objects such as

as ceramic furniture on an urban scale. Contrary to the general belief when it comes to ceramics, unexpected forms,
and functions can be obtained from this material. One of the most considered forms of urban furniture is seating
elements. Seating elements are urban furniture that is proportional to the human-space scale, comfortable and
integrated with its location with the right material selection, creating a social space where people who appeal to
more than one thing can spend their time with different designs. They can become the centre of attention with
different designs in the areas used. Today, technological developments and the development of tools in shaping
ceramics have continued to affect diversity. Ceramics continues to be a field where both innovative and traditional
methods are used. It is a material that constantly reminds us of itself, can be improved, and can absorb every detail.
Parametric design is a different way of understanding design thanks to technology and especially advanced digital
design techniques. It is seen that the assumptions of definitions develop and transform with the placement of
creative ideas that make progress a goal. It has begun to be seen that the definition of parametric architecture is
evaluated in different and new ways in other disciplines. The parametric forms that the ceramic will take will enable
the ceramic to be reshaped. Ceramics can be a material that can be worked superficially or shaped and shaped
volumetrically. Thus, the definition and concept of parametric may change as it can become a new method in
ceramic design. Since parametric design is a computer design method that can be developed, its usage area can be
expanded by becoming one of the new methods that can be used in ceramic materials. The shaping methods of
ceramic material also vary. This study focuses on the possibilities of designing urban furniture such as seating
elements in public spaces by the human-city scale and the versatility of furniture design with ceramic material. The
research analyses the contributions of contemporary architectural design and material use to urban identity and
aims to develop a parametric ceramic urban furniture design and production process.

Sommario ll Dado è un edificio di proprietà comunale che si sviluppa su due piani per un'estensione complessiva di 900 mq. Nel 2008, l'Amministrazione Comunale di Settimo Torinese ne decide la riqualificazione e il progetto viene affidato alla cooperativa sociale Architettura delle Convivenze che, insieme all'associazione Terra del Fuoco, propone una trasformazione del luogo che sia capace di apportare un segno rigenerativo. Parte del progetto di auto-recupero dell'edificio Il Dado, destinato a residenza temporanea per famiglie rom, è l'installazione artistico-scientifica dal titolo La casa dei Cavalieri-Erranti. Attraverso un processo di auto-recupero, che ha coinvolto direttamente gli abitanti destinatari degli alloggi, viene realizzato un progetto articolato su più livelli, tesi a favorire la costruzione di una relazione nuova e positiva tra la struttura e il territorio circostante.

هر شهر سالم شهري است که کلیه شهروندان بتوانند از خدمات آن جامعه بهره مند شوند . این محیط شهري
باید ارائه دهنده خدمات بیشتر به اقشار آسیب پذیر باشد تا این گروه از صحنه جامعه محو نگردند و به
فراموشی سپرده نشوند . عدم حضور انسان در محیط از دو علت ، نامناسب بودن محیط شهري و ناتوانی
فیزیکی انسان منبعث می گردد.
بر اساس برآورد سازمان ملل متحد بیش از ده درصد جمعیت جهان به گونه اي از معلولیت رنج می برند . در
جامعه اي مانند کشور ما که تعداد قابل توجهی از این اقشار جانبازان جنگ تحمیلی هستند که در راه دفاع از
وطن داراي معلولیت شده اند لذا ضرورت توجه به این امر بیشتر احساس می شود . سازگار ساختن محیط شهر
با نیازهاي معلولین در واقع بازگردانیدن آن ها به اجتماع، زندگی و فعالیت است . از این رو، مناسب سازي
تجهیزات و مبلمان شهري به منظور استفاده افراد معلول و جانباز اهمیت بسیاري دارد .
در ابتدا براي آشنایی با نیازهاي فرد معلول و طراحی مناسب براي او ، به شناخت مشکلات او در زمینه استفاده
از تجهیزات شهري موجود می پردازیم و در نهایت ضوابط و توصیه هاي طراحی مناسب این تجهیزات بیان می
گردد . ضوابط و توصیه هاي مناسب سازي تجهیزات شهري براي سه گروه عمده افراد معلول : معلولین
جسمی - حرکتی، معلولین نابیناي حسی - حرکتی و معلولین ناشنواي حسی - حرکتی داده می شود .
هدف از تحقیق حاضر، بررسی و ارزیابی مبلمان و تجهیزات شهري است و سعی شده ضمن تعریف مبلمان
شهري به نارسایی ها و کمبودهاي مبلمان شهري ویژه ي معلولان پرداخته شود .
نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که شرایط بحرانی و مشکلات زیادي در حوزه ي مبلمان و تجهیزات شهري دارد،
که براي داشتن مبلمان و تجهیزات بروز ، استاندارد ، ایمن و مقاوم نیازمند مناسب سازي هستیم

La Teoría General de Sistemas se ha venido aplicando con éxito a diversas disciplinas, entre ellas también al diseño. Esta aportación se centra en el diseño gráfico de la marca como elemento visual y representativo de la empresa de gran importancia en la gestión corporativa actual. Utilizando la Teoría General de Sistemas se propone un modelo para el desarrollo gráfico de una marca que facilite y guíe la toma de decisiones en este ámbito. Para ello se analizan los procesos seguidos por el diseñador desde que recibe el encargo hasta su aplicación final, con el objetivo de tener en cuenta todos los factores que influyen en la creación de la identidad visual corporativa y obtener así un resultado eficaz.

The game in its broadest sense is an amusing way to spend time in every field. But the thing that breaks the amusement is the certain, general rules of the game against rapidly changing world in the scale of urban. That is why the pressure on the individuals can be felt. They are independent from each others in a metropolis, due to reach the minimum values of life to meet their basic needs from the time that they prefer to live in fixed rules of ordinary games which are vicious. Today's the higher population number brings less interaction between individual and individual, individual and nature, individual and metropolis. The habits of people are organized by their every day experience, supported by ordinary mono-functional devices in urban scale and their habits turn into their rule in a roundabout ways. The term,-functional, represents the ability of materials surprising people who use them. Then, the ordinary life is over floated by rigged game. The frame of ordinary life is broken. Breaking the routines associates with sharpening and the strongest changing on the each personal rule is achieved by the radical changing on the urban context. The question is where this radical changing comes to place in metropolis like Istanbul. Through the analysis and observations, discussed in article, there is no special place but there is a dominant character helping to create a new game which is related to urban furniture. The recommendations, in the article, are categorized as sub headings developed for each of the scenarios developed according to vertical and horizontal urban furniture and their material quality which is specified as solid, soft and smooth but totally opposite usage what we are used to. Finally, daily used urban furniture creates it selves illimitably according to individuals' perception and The Game never stops!

Entre otros objetivos estaba el de colocar a México entre los países de vanguardia, en consonancia con las propuestas internacionales del racionalismo arquitectónico. El proceso tuvo lugar principalmente en los años comprendidos entre 1930 y 1960. El mobiliario moderno puede acotarse en tres direcciones: mobiliario fabricado industrialmente para uso público, mobiliario doméstico y mobiliario utilizado en el contexto de los despachos de decoración.

Consumer behavior is the study of consumers and the processes they use to choose, apply and dispose of products and services, including consumers’ emotional and behavioral responses. IKEA is a multinational home furnishings company founded in 1943 in Sweden that has grown rapidly. They manage to produce their products and services more widespread not only based on price but create a unique shopping experience. This study aims to examine the factors that affect consumer behavior in IKEA. Various factors like social factors, wide products assortment, price and others are investigated to analyze consumer behavior of IKEA’s customers. As a part of the urban identity, the accessory elements are used in areas that meet social life needs; communication, seating, counseling, enlightenment, games, sports, working, etc., are the design products that win the appreciation of the users. With the changing of the contemporary lifestyle cultures, people are more open to information sharing, communication, work, individual spaces or social spaces in public open spaces. Information technology has an impact on the design of urban furniture in the direction of these needs of contemporary life. Zwei Architekturstudenten der HAWK haben eine Sitzwelle für die Hildesheimer Bahnhofsallee entworfen und gebaut. Contemporary city, place of social identity and historical memory, is cyclically affected by the presence of construction sites that hinder the usual physical and perceptive fruition of its public spaces and monuments. The necessity is to use these places of transformation as places of experimentation and spread of knowledge, producing a new image of the city and its monuments in order to allow the transmission of the meaning and value of the transforming physical space toward the future. The research work focuses on these issues and here we present some critical insights. The feasible answers are part of valorization plans, construction solutions and design guidelines, which aim to promote a transformation process, that can really be defined "sustainable" by exploiting communication strategies, which transform a traditional construction site in a "construction site of knowledge".

2023, COVID-19’UN ETKİLERİ VE SONUÇLARI, KÜRESEL SİSTEMDE ULUSLARARASI İLİŞKİLER VE POLİTİKA OLUŞTURMA ÜZERİNE NİHÂİ ETKİLERİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

COVID-19, günümüzde yoğun bir şekilde incelenen; dünyadaki yeni bir büyük sorun olarak
kabul gören salgın bir hastalıktır. Hastalığın morbiditesi, enfeksiyon oranının yayılması ve
uygun bir aşının çok yeni bulunuyor olması ayrıca virüsün sık sık mutasyona uğraması
durumu, bu virüsün etkilerinin bir süre daha net bir şekilde bütün dünyayı etkileyeceği
gerçeğini göstermektedir. COVID-19 ilk olarak Çin Halk Cumhuriyeti’nin Wuhan şehrinden
bildirildi ve daha sonra buna yol açan virüsün şiddetli bir şekilde bütün dünyaya hızla yayıldığı
görüldü. COVID-19 süreç içerisinde uluslararası politika, bilimsel gelişmeler, çeşitli ülkeler
üzerindeki ekonomik etkiler ve ülkeler arası küresel ilişkiler dâhil olmak üzere, birçok sektörü
olumsuz etkileyen ciddi, büyük bir ölümcül bir salgın hastalık hâline gelmiştir. Bu nedenle, bu
makale kapsamında COVID-19 salgınının Uluslararası İlişkiler düzeyinde, meydana getirdiği
etkileri ve bunların sonuçları ele alınmıştır. Bu büyük küresel soruna çözümler üretilmeye
çalışılarak, bazı olası yollar belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır.
