Academic notification in colleges now utilizes bulletin boards and online media such as websites or social media. The problem faced is the high cost and resources required to deliver the academic notification. Another problem is whether the information delivered can be right to the students who need it. We proposed the architecture of a smart notification system that can reduce the cost, and the information delivered can be right on target to the students in need.

Through this article, we would like to propose the method of urgent information notification or an early warning about the dangers that occur in the college environment by utilizing smartphone devices. Early warning notification media currently still has many shortcomings, a little passive, not directly to the parties who need the information. The media we mean is like a notice board or website portal owned by a college. In other words, the given early warning information may be targeted or otherwise. Therefore, here we try to provide a solution to this problem, which is by utilizing smartphone device to convey information of early warning that is happening or will occur in a campus environment. This information notification system or the early warning system is called e-Announcement.

Through this paper, we want to propose a disaster notification system in a college utilizing Smartphone devices. The proposed disaster notification system is still in the form of preliminary topology as a first step in designing the system. In this study, the topology of the disaster notification system intended for a college environment, with students as end-users. In an ideal condition, by using the proposed topology, the notification system can reach 100% accuracy in providing disaster information to the students. But if there is much disturbance, it could be a different case. We will discuss some obstacles and shortcomings from the proposed topology in future research.

With the rise in smart devices communicating on internet, there is a huge demand in the delivery of internet bandwidth to fulfil subscribers’ aspirations. It is therefore important for internet network providers to understand the subscribers’ behavioural pattern in terms of internet bandwidth usage so as to meet up with the continuous rise in its demand. This research introduces the schematics of an android application effectively communicating with a remote database; Firebase cloud service. The classification of the subscribers’ internet traffic bandwidth consumption enables the android application to generate dataset of bandwidth utilization patterns of volunteered subscribers’ device which are grouped into 4 classes; A, B, C and D representing very high, high, medium and low data usage respectively. The collection of internet bandwidth usage of subscribers was recorded at intervals of every hour into the remote database in Firebase cloud.

For this reason, it is necessary to design a database to create the database. The analysis used is SWOT to compare between Gaudy Booch and Ivan Jacobson methods. The introduction of Yogyakarta Culinary game is a game with Indonesia theme with the aim to introducing Indonesia culinary especially focused into Yogyakarta region. A many of tourist from local or foreign country just known culinary that exist and famous in Yogyakarta only Gudeg and Bakpia. This research managed to build a game that can help introduced the other culinary interestingly. This game tested on usability and also Accelerometer sensory used to make character movements. Based on testing which is conducted a people who play the game can be concluded that game is easy to use even tough still have a minor weakness inside the game.

With the industrial revolution 4.0, technology is important to be utilized in various fields. Technology is a medium to support education especially at elementary school level. Technology in the cultural sphere is an important thing in the current era, such as the use of software application for preserving Balinese culture. This application teaches how to sing the Balinese poems correctly for beginners. There are three buttons that go into pupuh Ginada, Ginanti, Pucung and are supported by video. As sustainable development, the role of the AngGita application is relevant to be applied in the field of multimedia learning, because it increases the effectiveness of delivering information to students. Since, this application was published on July 6, 2019, it ranked 4.6 within 5 months and has been downloaded more than 100 downloads with the Android version 8.1. Conceptually, this application is in line with governor regulation number 80 of 2018.

Abstrak. The weakness of the two-tier, three-tier or four-tier paper-pencil diagnostic tests is that it takes a long time for results and feedback analysis and remediation. This paper presents the results of an initial review of the technique of developing a two-tier diagnostic test using e-learning facilities. By using e-learning based diagnostic tests at the same time students will get the results of answers, explanation of answers and also explanation of the reasons for each answer choice. Development of two-tier diagnostic tests based on e-learning (E-TesMis) using the ADDIE model, starting from the initial analysis to evaluation. The results of the initial (A) analysis include IT facilities, student IT skills, availability of other supporting media. The design stage (D) starts from the preparation / writing of two-tier diagnostic tests manually to the explanation of the concept of each answer. Utilization of agricultural machinery recently becoming big issue to increase agriculture production in Indonesia. In these couple years Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture massively granted agricultural machineries to the farmers for increasing rice production. Considering that farmer's paddy field are scattered in villages area, it can be happening that agricultural machinery in one village may overutilize where the other still underutilize. The objective of this research is to design an online application for agricultural machinery service for optimizing the utilization of agricultural machinery. The application was developed under Android operating system which is commonly used for mobile phone. The method of this research was following System Development Life Cycle which include investigation, system analysis, design, implementation, installation and testing steps. There are three sub systems in this application i.e. system for operator, machinery provider and machinery user. The application contains several functions such as machinery data management, order management and machinery services scheduling. In the user application, detail data such as field location, type of machinery, order time, and supporting map of the location can be input and read by the machinery provider easily. The application was tested under several Android operating systems and the results showed that the application can run satisfactorily.

Android gives a great revolution to the world of education to develop learning applications that facilitate its use to study anywhere and anytime. This study aims to make Android-based media using app-inventor on glass and lens material. The development of this media uses R & D (research and development) research and development methods which consist of 4 stages, namely the analysis phase, design stage, production stage, and evaluation stage. The results of using Android-based media have an average value of questionnaires from material experts, media experts, and small-scale trials categorized very well close to 50%. Based on these results it can be stated that the lens and glass media based on Android can be used as a medium of learning in the classroom. The development of this Android-Based Physics Application is expected to be an alternative for educational institutions or educators to develop learning media that use multimedia.

Abstrak. The weakness of the two-tier, three-tier or four-tier paper-pencil diagnostic tests is that it takes a long time for results and feedback analysis and remediation. This paper presents the results of an initial review of the technique of developing a two-tier diagnostic test using e-learning facilities. The results of the initial (A) analysis include IT facilities, student IT skills, availability of other supporting media. The design stage (D) starts from the preparation / writing of two-tier diagnostic tests manually to the explanation of the concept of each answer. The development phase (D) of the tests that have been designed is applied or moved on the e-learning page and revised several parts after the expert gives input. The Implementation Phase (I) is the test phase or test pilot. The last stage of Evaluation (E) includes the analysis of the results of trials on several (limited) respondents and also on the expanded respondents.

This information notification system or the early warning system is called e-Announcement. 1. Introduction Currently, notification of urgent information such as hazard warnings in a college is still using traditional media such as bulletin boards or through website portals. If we want more advanced again, the college can take advantage of information technology in the form of social media in conveying academic information. However, both traditional media and the use of social media-based technology still have limitations, i.e. less effective in find target of information delivery. If an urgent information announcement such as a hazard warning in a college is posted on a bulletin board, then anyone can see it, either in need or not. If the academic notices are posted on the website or social media page, anyone can visit it, can see but not necessarily need that urgent information. With our e-Announcement, it is hoped that urgent information such as hazard warning in a college can achieve the target accurately and quickly. Perhaps the question arises how the urgent information from a college can be targeted and done in a short time? The answer, e-Announcement that we propose requires the student to register first. After registering, user data will be stored in the database. So when the mobile platform passes the urgent information notification from the back-end app, the first thing to do is check the student ID that has been registered in the database. Related research that utilizes a smartphone device to solve various problems in life has been done by some researchers [1]-[6]. One example is the use of smartphones to provide notification of departure and arrival of the bus to a station [7]. Another example is the notification of the closest route or route to a safe place from the disaster centre [8]. So it is expected to minimize the number of victims and damage that occurred. There are also researchers who focus on notification system performance in providing services to users [9]. The notification system can also be used to notify whether there is a Wi-Fi network or internet hotspot somewhere [10]. And still many other studies, related to the use of
