The Emory basketball team needs one more victory to reach the Elite Eight round of the NCAA Division III playoffs. And after surviving Saturday’s scare, the Eagles feel prepared for whatever comes their way.

Emory, ranked No. 2 in the nation, needed some late-game heroics to beat Roanoke College 83-81 in overtime in the second round. The win put the Eagles into the third round of the playoffs for the seventh time in program history.
