Notes: The race distance for 1988 was 23 km; the race distance for 1989 was reported to have been 46.7 km altho it was advertised as a marathon. The 1999 race had to be cancelled due to NATO air strikes; a group of runners from YUG, GER, USA, and BUL did jog the course in 3:17 altho they may not have covered the entire route.
