Regular Meeting Changes

We are outgrowing the physical space for Regular Meetings. Future meetings will be accessible with a Zoom link for members who wish to observe the regular meeting. If you are on the distribution list, you will get an email with instructions. Remember, if you have a concern that you want to address, email Jack Kutscher or call (303-459-3568) at least 7 days in advance to be added to the agenda for the meeting. We are limiting the community input to 3 people per meeting (5 minutes each). This new format will allow the Board to conduct regular meetings efficiently, while creating a venue for members to observe meetings. We hope you find this new format useful and we look forward to your participation.

To All Association Members,

The Board of Directors would like to extend their thanks to everyone supporting the Bar-K Associating again this year. Please remember, dues are payable every fiscal year beginning September 1st.

We have agreed on a budget for the following year with plans to build a small shed to protect most of our equipment located in the Stable area. We have also allocated enough funding to stock Rock Lake with trout and grass carp(additional weed control) this coming spring. With the newly formed “Common Range Management Committee” in place there will be numerous projects to be completed this Summer. We will always be looking for any additional help.

One of the additional advantages of the new bylaws is that they allow the Board to use your emails to directly advise you of any special updates, meetings, important notices, possible voting, and projects that may need your additional help, etc. So if you would, please consider giving the Association permission to use your email for updates and pertinent information delivered to each of you. If you haven't yet, and are willing to agree, please send your email address to the Association.

Sincerely,

The Bar-K Board of Directors
