Biography
Emily is the Communications and Engagement Manager for the RRS Sir David Attenborough at BAS. She develops and delivers strategic communications and engagement for Britain’s new polar ship, engaging stakeholders and the public in its commission and operation. She also creates and edits online content, and works with the media on opportunities to showcase the ship and the science taking place on board.
She also supports the Communications Team with media relations, including dealing with media enquiries, writing press releases and setting up interviews.
