Biography

I am the British Antarctic Survey’s Creative Services Manager.

As part of the Creative Services team, I oversee the production of corporate and public information, publications, event material, graphics for science projects, papers and presentations, the ICESHEET internal newsletter, the BAS presentation toolkit and many other day-to-day creative elements within BAS, supporting every department within the organisation. I also work on developing virtual tours to our polar research stations and ship (RRS Sir David Attenborough) using 3D scanning and informative and engaging interactive platforms.

Within Creative Services I support filming, photography, drone flying, the BAS website and Digital Workspace, the BAS Image Collection, in-house signage (digital and printed), Data as Art projects, events and more.

I am the primary BAS contact for the Discovering Antarctica website: www.discoveringantarctica.org.uk

I have spent time at Rothera Research Station in the Antarctic Peninsula and at the NERC Arctic Research Station at Ny-Alesund, Svalbard. I have worked at the British Antarctic Survey since 2004.
