I had an auto payment set up for my 3rd quarter federal estimated payment to be paid 9/16. Friday night 9/13 at 8:30pm I get a call, that the payment will not be made because it is to the IRS even though this payment has been made many times before. After a half hour on the phone to multiple employees, I am assured that the funds will be transferred to key bank on Monday 9/16 and my account closed. Monday, I get notified by email, that try funds will not be transferred. Spent the whole morning via chat and phone with multiple employees trying to get it fixed. I am told a different story by each employee why I can’t get my funds back. I finally convince one to wire transfer the account balance to 3 linked accounts only to have the account locked. Called again and escalated to a supervisor who said the transfer couldn’t be made until 9/26. She told me there was no one else could hep me. I asked to file a complaint, but never received a call back. As of tonight, it appears the transfers have been made, but I can’t be sure until 9/17. This is not the first time I had problems with this bank. Spent weeks in May trying to get my money transferred with many phone calls hearing many different reasons why I couldn’t access my money. I should have closed the account then, but I mistakenly did not. Now I have issues with the IRS and possibly my 3 other banks. I have spent hours and hours dealing with this bank and the awful customer service. I would never recommend this bank to anyone.

Set me up with electronic billing, never asked for instructions, except mailing address. Now billed for $29 late fee, specialist has heard this many times before and can't fix. No satisfaction with these predators so I closed my account. Hope it wasn't too late before Goldman ruined my credit.
