This is the released version of ggseqalign; for the devel version, seeggseqalign.

Minimal Visualization of Sequence Alignments

Bioconductor version: Release (3.20)

Simple visualizations of alignments of DNA or AA sequences as well as arbitrary strings. Compatible with Biostrings and ggplot2. The plots are fully customizable using ggplot2 modifiers such as theme().

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.4") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("ggseqalign")
