Dunelm has launched a new fleece electric throw for £32 and fans say it's ideal for all ages. The throw comes in charcoal and taupe colours and is machine washable.

It measures 130cm by 160cm and shoppers say it's even 'unnecessarily large'.

An item description on the Dunelm website reads: "Experience exceptional warmth and comfort with this beautiful Heated Throw, crafted from fleece for a soft and cosy feel. With adjustable heat settings, you can easily customise your comfort level. Conveniently machine washable, it ensures effortless care and long-lasting durability. Stay warm and snug with this versatile and practical heated throw."

Shoppers love the throw so far and it has a near perfect rating. One buyer said: "This throw is really unnecessarily large for my purposes which are to keep my legs and feet warm when sitting in my armchair, an activity of which my life now largely consists.

"However, it is light in weight, very soft and comfortable and does a good job before ever it is switched on. When switched on I find that setting No. 3 is quite adequate for me needs and keeps my legs toastie warm. I am glad I bought it and would recommend it to others, especially the chairbound elderly. Buy one for your Grannie or Grandpa!"
