Emma (Virginia Madsen), a police chief's daughter working in home security sales, meets Bret (Rick Rossovich), an art gallery owner. They're both instantly attracted and perfectly matched. Both love art, envy their client's wealth and disdain their motivations for collecting. As romance ensues, they hatch a plot to steal overlooked but valuable paintings from her wealthy clients.
