| Show more » | | 70 movies | 579 Blu-ray releases | 249 DVD releases Frederik Wiedmann began his film music studies in Boston at Berklee College of Music where he earned a BA in Film Scoring (Suma Cum Laude) in 2004, as well as various awards, among them the BMI Film Scoring Award 2004. After having worked with many young directors on student films, Frederik moved to Los Angeles to start his professional career as a Composer for Film, TV & Media. In Spring 2005, Frederik Wiedmann scored MTV Films' horror thriller "Beneath" together with veteran composer John Frizzell. Also among Frederiks Film credits are Independent features like "818" (Directed by Robert Lee King), James Gorrie's drama "The Indian" (starring Kyle XY star Matt Dallas), and the DVD Project "Blood Ranch", directed by Corbin Timbrook. Most recently, finished his score to the Dark Castle Horror Film "The Hills Run Red", produced by Joel Silver, Erik Olsen and Ethan Erwin, and the horror feature "Return to House on Haunted Hill", the sequel to the famous "House on Haunted Hill" that was released in 1999, produced by Joel Silver, Robert Zemeckis and Erik Olsen.
