The big reveal of 2016�s �Split� was its position as a sequel to 2000�s �Unbreakable.� It played like a Hail Mary pass from writer/director M. Night Shyamalan, presenting a treat to his fanbase after they�ve years spent wishing for a proper continuation to his unusual take on iconic comic book formula. �Split� surprised many by becoming a sizable hit, managing to restore Shyamalan�s helming career in the process, and he�s spending his comeback bucks on �Glass,� which is, without disguise, the next chapter in the �Unbreakable� saga.
