After his archenemy, Professor Moriarty, disappears from the gallows in a wisp of smoke, Sherlock Holmes finds himself back on the trail of the villainous �Napoleon of Crime.� Adding to the crisis, Mycroft Holmes commandeers his brother to retrieve a highly sensitive government code that has been stolen from his safe.
