Jam Films II contains four short films: "Empty Theory on a Desk," a comedic film starring comedians Ramens. "Clean Room,"a fantasy story about a girl who cocoons herself in a clean room and a strange woman suddenly appears in the room. "HOOPS MEN SOUL," a face paced short about a man who tries to rescue his girlfriend from a debt collector. "Fastener," a moving story about a boy who becomes an adult after his first kiss.
