The last time John Travolta was seen in theaters, it was �Gotti,� the actor�s much-maligned (and rightly so) bio-pic of gangster John Gotti. For his latest endeavor, Travolta returns to the underworld for �Speed Kills,� which is a bio-pic of Donald Aronow, a struggling New Jersey businessman who relocated to Miami and became a famous designer of luxury speedboats. It�s an unusual subject matter, and Aronow is a complicated man to explore, but �Speed Kills� has no desire to be anything more than be a glorified television movie, spending as much time with boats as it does melodrama.
