�Summer of Soul (Or, When the Revolution Could Not Be Televised)� is billed as �A Questlove Jawn.� Beloved musician Ahmir Khalib Thompson makes his directorial debut with the documentary, slapping some Philadelphia slang on a story of a New York City event, bringing viewers back to 1969, when the Harlem Cultural Festival ruled Mt. Morris Park for six weekends during a special season.
