Picking up from the events of Young and Dangerous 2, the Hung Hing boys welcome Chicken back into their fold. Meanwhile, Chan Ho Nam tends to girlfriend Smartie, who was injured last time out, while Chicken flirts with the minister's foul-mouthed daughter Shuk Fan. Ho Nam continues to rise in the triad, and is even promoted to branch leader of Causeway Bay by Hung Hing leader Mr. Chiang. However, the rival Tung Sing triad led by the vicious Crow, attempts another underhanded takeover of Hung Hing, and a few core members might not survive this time.
