Zenon Kar, now 17 years-old, enters the Galactic Teen Supreme Contest in hopes of winning a chance to attend the Moonstock Festival. She�s unable to focus on the competition however, torn between her need to beat handsome competitor Bronley and help her friend Sage, an activist desperate to keep the moon from being colonized. She�s also distracted by Commander Plank and Aunt Judy's precocious daughter, Dasha, who is star struck by Zenon and constantly getting herself into trouble.
