You can go through the BPI app or BPI via web browser to make InstaPay or PESONet money transfers using your recipient’s account number, contact details*, or QR code.

Using your recipient’s account number or contact details:

1. Log in to the BPI app or BPI via web browser.

2. In the main menu, select Transfer > To another bank.

3. Select the account you want to transfer from, then select the bank of your recipient in the PESONet tab.

4. Tap or click Transfer using and select which details you’ll be transferring with:

• Account number
• Email address*
• Mobile number*

5. Type in the account details of your recipient.

6. Enter the amount you want to transfer.

7. Review the details of your transaction, including the transfer fee and the total amount to be deducted from your account. Then hit Confirm.**

8. Approve the transaction with Mobile Key.

You’re done!

*This only works if your recipient’s bank is Chinabank, Metrobank, RCBC, or Unionbank.

**A fee of Php 25 is charged for InstaPay transfers, while Php 50 is charged for PESONet transfers to other banks or e-money issuers.

Note: For unsuccessful transfers, applicable fees will be refunded.

Using your recipient’s QR code:

1. Log in to the BPI app or BPI via web browser.

2. In the main menu, select Transfer > To another bank.

3. Select the account you want to transfer from, then select the bank of your recipient in the PESONet tab.

4. Tap or click Do you have a QR code?

5. Scan the QR code or upload it from your device.

6. Enter the amount you want to transfer, if needed.

7. Review the details of your transaction, including the transfer fee and the total amount to be deducted from your account. Then hit Confirm.**

8. Approve the transaction with Mobile Key.
