Wizards draft Krejci at No. 37, but trade him to OKC (original) (raw)
On Wednesday, the Washington Wizards selected Casademont Zaragoza guard Vit Krejci No. 37 overall in the 2020 NBA Draft. He averaged 3.74 points per game in domestic play in the 2019-20 season.
The Czech national is not expected to play this season because he tore his ACL in a game earlier this fall.
Before you worry about Krejci being ... Tomas Satoransky Part 2 for the Wizards, it appears that he is headed elsewhere. According to Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium, the Wizards will trade him to the Oklahoma City Thunder.
